I'm just a homeowner but I absolutely love my Grasshopper 623T! I mow 2.5 acres with about 1.5 acres on a steep slope and it handles it with ease! I'm looking to get the 48" Snow thrower for it next.

Pete, to be honest, before watching uour channel I had never even heard of an aero-vator. I have used an aerator to pull plugs in my lawn which worked pretty well. However, after seeing the aero-vator machine it certainly looks like it would do a much better job of loosening the dirt in preparation for seeding. I would think that one of these machines would cost beyond the typical homeowner's budget, especially for only a couple of uses per year. I would have to look around to see if anyone rents these machines. From your video clip, it seemed as though you prefer to operate this machine running in reverse rather than forward, right? Nice machine, but better suited for the lawn care business rather than the homeowner. Thanks for the review, Pete.

Man, I thought I had a lot of equipment to maintain. That's a full-time job for you just changing oil, hydraulic fluid & filters. Cleaning , fueling them up. I can't imagine what else.

The aeravator is awesome. Funny thing is that he doesn't even use the Grasshopper mower decks, but has other standalone mower brands. Grasshopper is the Cadillac of mowers....he doesn't know what he is missing there. Nothing cuts, floats and performs like a Grasshopper.

I hear you about the diesel and 60 inch model. Would the forty inch on the gas model be fine on 10,000 foot or less lawns?
I just purchased the Grasshopper 727 EFI with a 40 inch this year and it's been working great on smaller properties.
