My own routines include: Weight lifting - nothing on the planet feels as good as the subtle soreness after a hard workout Bible reading - I spend some time reading Scriptures, usually a chapter of Psalms with something else Life/catch up calls with a friend - allows me to catch up with someone and process life reflections Dancing - if I'm feeling extroverted, I like to go swing and/or Latin dancing. @@TheKrazyKoala It's a spa at resorts world in the theme of a Japanese Onsen, they also have a lovely restaurant that is a glass box in a garden. I usually go there directly when I land in Singapore for massage and soaking in the pools. You don't have to stay at the hotel to make a spa reservation, they also have excellent massage :)

Hi, try running in Pasir park in the early morning where u can see wild chickens, birds like Herron, parrots, horses at car park C & if u are lucky catch a glimpse of otter and wild boars. It is very special place as you will be able to walk at the swamp areas and see fishes, monitor lizards in the river. Try it and let me know.

@@TheKrazyKoala Coloured shaved ice with lots of random toppings (under-ings?) underneath the ice. It's not just ice like in the picture - there's all sorts of red beans etc hiding underneath the ice. You can get at Chinese dessert stalls at hawker centers. There's one at the hawker center near Kovan MRT on the purple line, though it sells peanut ice kachang which is slightly different from the usual ones. Though I think it's a better idea to just find the closest one near to your home and faster da bao home or else it will melt lol.
Orchard Rd area is the main area I hang out when I am in Singapore. Enjoy your good time while you are working and vacationing in Singapore. Sorry Singapore is now like phase2 but should be in phase3 once the Covid cases drop to an acceptable level.

Hi, try running in Pasir park in the early morning where u can see wild chickens, birds like Herron, parrots, horses at car park C & if u are lucky catch a glimpse of otter and wild boars. It is very special place as you will be able to walk at the swamp areas and see fishes, monitor lizards in the river. Try it and let me know.

@@TheKrazyKoala Coloured shaved ice with lots of random toppings (under-ings?) underneath the ice. It's not just ice like in the picture - there's all sorts of red beans etc hiding underneath the ice. You can get at Chinese dessert stalls at hawker centers. There's one at the hawker center near Kovan MRT on the purple line, though it sells peanut ice kachang which is slightly different from the usual ones. Though I think it's a better idea to just find the closest one near to your home and faster da bao home or else it will melt lol.

If you are happened to be in the affected area, you will get a call to do a swabs or place in quarantine. 2 HDB blocks residents got to have swabs test last week. Condo is the same the whole building residents got to do swabs. We live in America in a single family home. We don’t need to take that shit😜
