    Hey Fraser its me again. Just wanted to say thank you again and for putting so much effort into every vid. I also wanted to ask you another question. How can i make that switch in my head to have better performance in soccer. Ive been having good games lately but I’m nit convince about how i ca make them great and start to put all the training that i do outside of the field and put it into games.       You can drink coke occasionally as long as you stay at a caloric deficit.
      Everything in moderation
