Hi! My name is Eric Daw! I am an Older Adult Specialist and Bone Fit Trained Specialist. And if you are a senior who is trying to improve their health and fitness or have loved who fall into this category, then this is DEFINITELY the place for YOU! On this channel, I upload videos weekly on topics such as ways to live longer, building strength, healthy aging etc...
Hi Eric I am from Trinidad and I am 75yrs old very happy I found u every video to show is very important information to me thanks for helping seniors keep some mobility. Thanks and continue helping us pl.
WOW! This is the second video of yours I have seen and have never had my attention drawn to getting my core balanced out. THANK YOU, Eric!!!
You're so welcome!
Eric, I am so glad you highlighted that- I have always blamed my weaker right side on a lack of physio after a four month stay in a hospital as a child….Now, having this knowledge, I can try to equalise the difference between my right and left legs! Thank you.
Thanks for watching Matt
Great videos. I will be doing a solo 20 hour road trip. Can you do a video on exercises to do at a pit stop ( e.g. getting gas or food ) that won't draw attention to oneself? Maybe, some can be done inside the car. Thanks 🌞
Great suggestion!
When my Mother had a stroke, she lost dexterity in her right hand.
I taught her how to use her left hand just like I had to learn when working on assembly lines.
I try to use my left hand more often as I get older. It can be as simple as doing dishes, carrying a grocery bag, etc.
Same with calf muscles and other muscles. Do more reps on the weaker side!
Good advice
Thank you so much for your videos! I am 57 and trying to do the young folk video workouts......not succeeding.

Great to hear!
Okay. I've decided. I have to kidnap you and bring you home to.teach me up close and personal. I'll let you make videos though😄😄😄😄. Seriously, you're a Godsend with an appreciated soothing pace and flow of your voice. That is a lost quality tv news personalities had years ago.
Thank you for your teachings. I appreciate you
I might have to take you up on your offer. Where do you live? 😀

I like your videos, I'm 74 and run quite a bit, but I have nelected strength training, so I'm trying to work on that. Is there a guage/ test to determine if one side is weaker? Besides just feeling it. Thanks.
No test really. You can tell if there is a big difference during strength training. . That's why its important to do single arm/leg training
Should I exercise in the morning, or afternoon? Should I eat breakfast first or after?
When are you most likely to do the workout?
great video
Thanks Philip
