I do ACV 3x a day. In a cup of water, 1 tablespoon, I use a straw. I do this 30 minutes before eating...curbs my appetite...no longer crave sweets, have lost 80 pounds and kept it off for going on 3 years. I also do intermittentfasting, 16/8. I am 73, I am feeling better than ever. No prescriptions....it works for me 😊
i will start to do this also - i'm hearing 3x daily is ideal. well done on the weight loss! i'm 60 pounds down with 16/8 fasting and nutritious home eating
I tried as well, I am losing weight. Very good one. Thanks Doc
Some of it is a placebo effect. And since you have two variables, apple cider vinegar ingestion plus intermittent fasting you can't say which one is helping with your weight.
Anecdotal BS.
@@timthompson8297such a helpful comment…who pissed in your Wheaties today?
The fact that we get free videos on CZcams by Talking with Docs is truly a gift ... Keeping education and knowledge alive. 👏👏👏
Wow thanks. Doing our best
thanks! look forward to your vid on the awful DVT!
It is a blessing. It is a luxury our fathers and mothers never had.
you take statin that is why you have foggy mind@@TalkingWithDocs
That is so true! Thanks so much Docs for all the research you both do and bringing all the other people on to help us learn and keeping us informed! Bless you both! 🥰🥰🥰
If you do drink apple cider vinegar, rinse your mouth with fresh water right after ingesting to protect your teeth...Good video Docs!
Yes or use a straw
Ya know that's why I stopped because my teeth are sensitive.
Could also just dump it in a smoothie like I do
Ya just don't drink it straight ,,, you dilute it and it has to be the mother for health benefits,,, not the vinegar you put on fish and chips
8 oz filtered water, warm for approx minute in micro, add tablespoon or two of acv and a squirt of real lemon juice and a natural sweetener if needed
I don't really care about vinegar but I'm totally addicted to these videos!
That is so awesome to hear! Thanks
irregularly transit and constipation was my life for 40 years, then I started apple vinegar and now I already had 10 years of perfect transit and living "normally". 🤗
How do you take it?
One soup spoon of vinegar in half a glass of water, rince with half a glass of water, every morning after breakfast. (You won’t like the taste) When on vacation for a week I don’t take it and my transit remains the same and I don’t stress anymore when going on a trip, my life has changed. I might take several month to take effect.
Thank you very much for your answer! I'll give it a try. I don't mind the flavour if it helps 🙏
How much and how often are you taking it?
I suffer a lot from constipation, I'm sick and tired of drinking laxatives that all my doctor gives me, sometimes I feel like my head is going to explode, I'm definitely going to take your advice and try it, do you recommend any brand?
Doctors with humor teaching people to focus on prevention is the best way to good health! Definitely sharing this video with family as people usually don’t listen to us Nurses 😢
I’ve been taking cider apple vinegar for many years to reduce pain of osteoarthritis & it works well for me. 1 tablespoon in a glass of water 1 or 2 times per day, needed a knee replacement over 10 years ago, never had it done as pain reduced.
That's great stuff.
Excellent.
👌
As an RN student, I am learning a lot from your videos. Thank you for creating them.
You two are the best thing on CZcams. Thanks for continuing to post.
I used it diluted with water every day for over a year, I also switched to a low carb diet along with exercise and restrictive eating and lost over 50 lbs. lowered my blood pressure to more normal levels, was able to reduce BP meds, I am almost 70 and now in better health than when I was in my 40's.
I need to lose 40 pounds, so I am considering some serious changes. How did you do it?
@@fmorraz Read my post above... Cut processed food Carbs and Sugar, Try to eat one or two meals a day in 6 to 8 hour "window" No snacking! Limit alcohol, No Sodas or juices. Walk every day after eating if possible. If you can do a little bit of Weight lifting if you are able that is helpful. Good luck.
@@shekataganiThanks for being considered and share specific key points. I still don't get why some nutrition "experts" say it's better quick and healthy snacks and don't have a long spam between meals, and others say as you. I guess it will depend on caloric demand.
Nice to hear cardio MDs taking Apple vinegar with the mother load for health and not a regular personal! Enjoy your videos, keep it up guys!
1 teaspoons with 8 ounces of water used straw to drink 1-2 time a day 30 minute before meal 😊
Nice. It has been thought to increase satiety
I really enjoy listening to both of you. Not only the wisdom you share but the rapport between the two of you makes your videos fun to watch. Thank you so much!
The best way to drink apple cider vinegar is in posca, an ancient Roman drink originally intended to use up sour wine. I warm up 12oz water and add 2 TBS Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar "With the Mother" and 2 TBS honey. Quite a nice drink. I don't have diabetes, thank my lucky stars!
I have been taking a tablespoon of ACV in a 12 ounce glass of water, along with a teaspoon of fiber powder every morning for over a year. My A1C has dropped from pre diabetic(6.4) to normal (5.7). I had elevated A1C for years.
That is awesome Robert!
Fibre powder???help?
I saw video that suggested the benefits of apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. I mix this in 8 ozs of water and drink. Feeling much better. So Grateful for all good advice given by doctors, Thank You for the extra You do to help us all 🙏♥️
3:24 I make my own dressing as well, can make many kinds based on Extra virgin olive oil. I like 1 to 1 with either apple cider vinegar, or balsamic vinegar. fresh minced garlic, pepper, organic dash of Dijon mustard, spices of choice.
Interesting and clarifying. I went on a meat and dairy free diet to lower my A1C. Lots of veggies, whole grains and some fish. I drank a concoction of cinnamon, honey, ginger and ACV mixed with water every morning. In 3-4 mos, I lost about 12-15 lbs and have never felt better in my life.
How much water do you use in your concoction?
I currently take ACV pills, but I would like to drink it more.
Did you really lower your A1c ingesting honey, whole grains, and what I assume would include starchy veggies? I've seen plenty of people go the keto route to lower A1c, and I know that works, but I'd love to hear how much lower your A1c went and how long you did it.
They didn't. They're lying through thier teeth. Plants are designed to kill you. People need to wake up to this. Carnivore diet is the optimal diet for human health and prosperity.
Does it taste good or do you have to acquire it? What is the formula, pls.? Tyvm!
I agree with Paul.
I absolutely hate the smell of vinegar.
Good video. I use 2 tsp with 8 oz. of water and I use a straw to drink it. I also like pickle juice and I'll add 1 tsp to the juice. If you're new to this try 1 tsp to 8 oz. water and then build up to 2 tsp. I drink it at bedtime.
Why not just take a capsule?
I don't know ow if capsule is the same strength
@@B-ch6uk I doubt that capsules have the same strength. They're also more expensive.
Be careful not to brush your teeth within 1 hour or more of drinking acv, as you may brush off your enamel.
@@B-ch6uk #1 there is no mother in the caps + other Docs on YT say caps or gummies are a waste as too many filler/chems/sugars not effective. Dr. Berg says Fairchild which I've switched to from Braggs
These two are the best !! They changed my life
You mentioned smells and how you grow to like them. I worked for a company that made hematology analyzers. We worked with blood controls all the time so 10% Clorox solution was used all the time. Now, I love that smell. For me it's the smell of clean! Have a great weekend.
Awesome
I've loved the smell of Clorox since i was a kid😅
Same thing= clean😊
I'm with the doc that doesn't buy bottled store bought salad dressings or marinades. Those are some of the easiest things to put together, just a few ingredients that we usually have around, and OH MY GOSH, soooo much tastier imo.
Yay! And cheaper. And healthier.
No hidden sugars 😊
I did agree that made your own salad dressing is healthier, do uou have salad dressing recipe for OA arthritis?. Thank you @TalkingWithDocs
@@nancynguyen8643 I use a basic ratio for making dressing. 1 part water, 1 part vinegar, 1 part healthy oil.
I flavor the water by soaking organic or unsprayed fruit in it, such as dried cherries or citrus zest (minus the white pith) and juice, and other fruits with a little sugar and honey.
The oils I use are ev olive, sweet almond, avocado and grapeseed oil for variety.
When combining the ingredients, you may add a pinch of salt, honey, ginger, cinnamon, alspice, cardamom, black or pepper medley, garlic, cajun spice or whatever suits the occasion. I always add some of the fruit or zest to the mixture for beauty and texture. The combination of these ingredients is healthy and very flavorful and will keep remarkably well in your fridge. My neighbor beggs me to market the ginger-tangerine dressing I make. ;)
Hint: use the sugar and honey to macerate the zest or fruit. Add a little tap hot water to make a "tea" and an let set 10 - 20 minutes. The sugar/honey is used to to change the osmotic pressure helping draw out the terpenes and flavonoids making them more available to your tastebuds.
Dr. Zalzal. It was a great pleasure to meet you yesterday ( 7 c pod 300 ) and thank you and Dr Weening for the great work you do with these videos. It made my day.
Great to meet you !
I make a cocktail in the morning which I sip on all day off and on which contains: 2 teas ACV (Braggs), 1/4 cup Just Cranberry (Knudsen), some Trace Minerals (4- shakes) and hot water to make about a cup. It has helped my digestion, my arthritis and I've lost weight down to my proper weight. (I'm 82 BTW)
Thank you for this information. I'm 71 and have gained weight over the last 18 months from stress and coming off my hormone patches. I will give your recipe a try ✌🏾
Hello children 😂 ❤ l had painful arthritis in the hands for about 4 years tried apple cider vinegar Organic I take 1 tablespoon in tall glass of water, can put a small amount of honey stir that in . I warm water a little bit drink , don’t forget to shake the bottle prior to get some of that mother goodness 😢 and a quick rinse of your mouth afterwards and follow that with a small amount of regular water. I no longer have any pains in hands. Love 💕 you both you make us laugh, and that’s good medicine!
Me too no more pain in my hands. Since I take ACV.
Thanks Docs, I've used ACV and it helped with digestion. I need to start using it again.
I use ACV in my morning smoothie. I enjoy the taste. Thank you Docs for all your informative videos 😊
On my keto diet with fasting, I recently found myself on a plateau. I started taking 30ml ACV (diluted) 3x per day and found that weight loss continued. I'm now a believer.
Absolutely love your videos guys, packed full of interesting information with a sprinkle of humour on top ! Thank you 💚
Glad you enjoyed it
Thank you Docs! I take a tablespoon spoon in the mornings with some Pomegranate juice and chia seeds daily. Thanks so much for your videos. I love dill pickles and pickle juice. 😊
Wonderful!
Fantastic. I will switch to ACV in salad dressings instead of white/red wine vinegar or lemon juice, It's a small change so can't hurt, plus I make my own ACV. It took me a while to produce a solid Mother, now I share it. I am currently insulin-resistant and my doctor has me Intermittent fasting in addition to my walks and strength training.
No one cleans with apple cider vinegar, it has sediments. White vinegar is what we use and then only to remove hard water scale.
Yes white vinegar has many uses for sure
GM Glass Cleaner is excellent for cleaning in the kitchen and bath. It smells fresh too.
You guys make health information fun to watch! Kinda like a Rowan & Martin routine! Thanks!
Nice video, thanks! I have periods where I take it as a drink: 1 table spoon in 750 ml cold water- I find it really tasty once you get used to it e.g. a few weeks after starting. Its refreshing and looks like a nice drink... while others may be drinking sodas you got that one :)
Also love it in kind of vegan cesar's dressings
And, to be cloudy, you have to take the row apple cider vinegar. Also taste is much nicer...
Thanks for all your great advice. I really enjoy watching your videos, they provide a lot of knowledge and are very helpful on a daily basis in choosing food when shopping, etc. Thank you ❤✨
You Docs absolutely crack me uP! Love your humour in delivering health advice.
I have made drinking vinegars, crushing fruit adding vinegar and sugar, let it ferment, strain, let it set in fridge for 10 or so days lots of recipes available. Add a ounce or so to water or seltzer, they are delicious.
I started taking it diluted about 3 months ago and it really helped quite a bit with heartburn. I was able to reduce my ppi meds in half. By adding acid in your stomach it helps keep the muscle closed so the acid doesn’t go into your esophagus.
I & 2 friends all suffered from bad acid reflux, until we cut back on carbs. Keto cured my problem completely (no meds or even indigestion oct pills for years now.) One friend just had to give up bananas to cure herself. The 3rd of us is keto with lapses, and has managed to cut back the ppi meds to once weekly.
Great video, I love that you guys smoke a joint before filming! :-) How else are you that happy and chilled!
Great vid docs. Appreciate you taking the time for us-
Your bedside manner is awesome!
Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar and water stopped my chronic heartburn. I no longer had to take my RX acid reducer or tums, etc. This has been working for me over 3 years now.
It's so ironic but we have heard this from other viewers
I was on a steady diet of Tums for years, and it was only getting worse. Now I make up a mixture of 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, a 1/4 teaspoon of white sea salt, and 16 ounces of water. I rarely get heartburn, but when I do, I take a sip or two of my concoction, and the heartburn is gone.
It's interesting that a Reddit forum for GERD and heartburn sufferers literally bans the discussion of ACV. Discussion of the multitude of Big Pharma products is more than welcome.
Fairchilds isn’t diluted I hear from dr berg. Who knows it’s CZcams so…
I have started putting a bit of cider vinegar with the mother in my dressing with olive oil. I think it is helping.
I have had kidney stones 3x now, and here are some tips and tricks I learned along the way. A heating pad applied to the painful area does wonders. I now prepare a gallon jug of water and I add like 5 table spoons of apple cider vinegar, | drink a few glasses a day. At first ! did not like it, but over time I am now craving it daily. I truly believe it threnses my thirst better than any other drink, even plain water.
Anyways, I have never had a kidney stone after I started drinking this. It has been like 5 years. Look up apple cider vinegar benefits, you'll be amazed at all the benefits. Hope it helps somebody dealing with these nasties.
So hilarious, “of course, she does”, “of course, you don’t”. The best part of these videos is the banter. Oh yeah, and their educational too.😅
I for one, could do without all the banter. Distracts from the legitimacy of the message.
Great video. I was taking 60mg of Nexium daily for many years bd a few years ago my wife convinced me to take 1 teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar with a glass of water every morning and it worked great, to the point that I no longer need to take Nexium regularly. I am also diabetic and will try to take some Apple Cider vinegar before lunch no dinner to see if it will reduce my A1C, even if just a bit. Keep your awesome educational videos coming!
Perhaps after all this time you actually didn't need the nexium anymore
Actually I do, otherwise I get acid reflux
Great informative videos guys. Good non-acidic chemistry between the two of you!
I was impressed how much it lowered my BP. My doctor asked me what I was doing and I told him. He said if it is working for you continue. I use the little measuring cup that comes with the NyQuil bottle
Perfect
Thank you for the amazing video! Keep up the amazing work!
I'm disinclined to add things like this to my diet without evidence of benefit. I have used vinegar(s) in foods, but am very cognizant of the damage that acidic foods/beverages can do to enamel. For me, there is always a benefit/risk ratio. Thankfully, I'm in excellent health due to a lifestyle/diet (plant-based) revamp 15 years ago. I truly value your videos and appreciate the fact that you consult with experts outside of your specialty. Keep up the good work and thank you for taking the time to create these interesting, educational, and entertaining videos!

I’ve been using ACV for around 5 years here’s my results. My wife and I own a duplex which we rent to my sister and her family of three mine of 4. Before Covid we went through the usual cold season, everyone in the house had the cold and flu multiple times, me zero no symptoms at all. I thought I was coming down with it but it was gone in no less than 10 hours. After work outs in which I pushed hard that day very little soreness with lactic acid build up. Didn’t notice the weight loss claim. But when you first start, this is weird but ear wax loosening a lot of ear wax cleaning maybe because of the clensing affect also more number 2 movements. This does work just follow the directions on the bottle
I add a teaspoon to a bottle of carbonated water that I make myself and drink that over the course of a few hours - it is slightly sour but you get used to it
I have lost weight and lowered my BP since taking Apple Cider Vinegar. I went from 265lbs to 235lbs in 6 months. Also cut out a lot of pastas and breads. I try not to eat anything with more than 6 or 7 grams of sugar per serving. My BP was 149 /101 and dropped to 128/83 I look and feel so much better. I was putting 30ml of ACV to my bottle of water and my favorite flavored drink mix. I did it once before bed and then again as soon as I woke up in the morning. I love ACV. Went from a size 44 to 38 pants size
Thanks for sharing. And congrats that's amazing!
I am diabetic so I am trying it. Love you two!!!!
Gentlemen you guys are fantastic. Thank you
I add ACV to my soups to bring out the flavor, and to minimize the amount of salt that I would normally have to add.
Excellent video. I love the new scrubs!
In Asia, the equivalence would be a dark aged organic rice vinegar (or something of that nature) that was said to have health benefits

Now the doc said i can't do IF, been fasting for 2.5yrs, and need to eat.

Fairchild's Apple cider vinegar is an undiluted great tasting vinegar. Thank you Doctors. I didn't know that Doctors support the use of taking Apple cider vinegar.❤
Thank-you this is helpful
I put apple cider vinegar in a cup of green tea with a squeeze of lemon juice
I’ll have to try that!
I live in the USA. I think I'd been prediabetic or hypoglycemic since my teens. When I was having a minor surgery, the RN told me my blood sugars were elevated and to get it checked. At any of my doctors' check-ups my A1C or any other blood test was never ordered because nobody in my family was diabetic so therefore, I couldn't be. At age 30 I weighed 310 lbs. and was tested, resulting with a high A1C. Eight years ago I had gastric bypass surgery and now weigh 126 lbs. My A1C fluctuates so about 5 years ago my husband read about a new study stating, taking 2 TBL apple cider vinegar every day helped to lower A1C. We didn't know any better, so we didn't mix it with anything to buffer the acid. My husband tried it first and loved the taste, he loves vinegar. I tried it and it felt like a volcano erupted in my stomach and esophagus. I was sick for hours. Needless to say, I haven't tried it since. After this video I guess I can use the apple cider vinegar, with MOTHER of course, into a salad dressing and hope for the best. Thank you for your research and honest opinion. cheers
Doctors will tell you to never ever drink ACV straight. You need to mix it with water or mix it in your food. It's very dangerous to your body drinking it straight. Try mixing 1 to 2 tablespoons of ACV with the mother in 8 oz glass of water with a little honey or stevia....it will taste so must better to you.
not even with water? 😅

I mix it with diet cranberry juice. I mix one table spoon before each meal with the cranberry juice. this and eating a low carb diet helps to lower my A1C. (I am a type 2 diabetic)
Congrats. Thanks for sharing
How can cranberry juice be low carb😮
My mentor swears that ACV is responsible for her overall good health and she has been taking it every morning (with water) for years. I have tried several times in my life to do this and I find ACV disgusting, even diluted, and it made me feel nauseous first thing in the morning. I have used it in my own vinaigrette, but still, I'd rather use balsamic. Since I'm not diabetic, I'm happy to hear that I don't have to take it because I hate it. Thanks, Docs!
Thank you for the information
I take it and it helped me lose weight.
Yes, this is one of the purported benefits. Congratulations.
Y’all are terrific thank you for the informative videos. Yes I also do the “mother” vinegar everyday - I put a large splash in OJ every morning and agree it has a bite! I do believe in the positive benefits which is why I keep taking it. By accident my wife bought White House Apple Cider Vinegar with Honey so now I feel like I am also getting the benefit of honey with the vinegar and it does not have the bite that straight AC vinegar has. Maybe a video on honey and its healing properties docs? Thank you again!
Love to hear that. Will look into honey
It's fantastic stuff for urine infections which I use and never fails to clear the infection. It's all natural too.
I take ACV capsules now but used to drink it in hot water with honey and it was lovely
Placebo effect. Capsules are a scam. Same with gummies. Everybody always looking for an easier way. Just find a combo you can tolerate, suck it up and DO IT.
I love the way you guys explain 🎉
i have major allergies and this past week the allergies came back with a vengence. the corner of my eyes were beginning to hurt like never before and i knew i was in for a long run of allergies and pain. i was sitting there thinking and for what ever reason it dawned on me to use ACV on the inner corners of my eyes. now believe me when i say this, the corner pain of my eyes was beyond belief this time around for some reason. i put some ACV on a Q-tip and dab it on the inside corners of my eyes in the morning and again in afternoon. i will admit the pain was somewhat painful but after a few blinks and squeezing of my eye lids the pain subsided after about 30 seconds. my afternoon venture into ACV on my corners was a little better as the morning dip did its job, i am in the early morning hours now and the pain in the corner of my eyes is GONE. all the remains is the soreness of what i did when i was rubbing my eyes. NO MORE PAIN and my allergies seems to have disappeared, so far, cept for my stuffy nose ... ACV seems to be a cure all for many things. Edit after i posted this, cucumber juice i found out years ago does the same thing ... cept with that i just squeezed the juice on my eye .. i never used it that much as cucumbers are harder to keep than a bottle of ACV.
There are reports of people getting serious skin burns from applying it topically.
I’d be very concerned about using it on your skin and especially near your eye! ❤
@@paddleduck5328 i should of explained, i water down the q-tip and dab ACV on the tip its not as burny if i were, an i did use full dose, to use just aCV

It's all up to you. I think it is hokey. I use a fair amount of other vinegars in cooking, but not this one. I'm going to ask a friend who has high A1C if they use this. My suspicion is that a healthy diet is paramount.
So yes healthy diet is very important. But sometimes diabetes can be hard to control. This wasn't our opinion. This is a summary of the available research and it shows benefit.
I totally agree. I am not at all over-weight and keep to a keto diet of only 10 net carbs daily, but still my A1c & fasting bg are not as low as I would like. I thought I knew all about ACV, as I have been taking it regularly for years, but I have just got some new inspiration from this vid. I used to take very expensive high quality vinegar with the mother, but then someone gave me a whole lot without. Now I am going to down-grade that for cleaning and go back to the better sort for ME. Also, I am going to up my dose from once to twice daily. Wish me luck!@@TalkingWithDocs
It is Amazing my blood sugar reduces a 100 points I get 250 number when I eat unhealthy like white starch or rice potatoes but believe me when I take one tablespoon mixed in 5 ounces of water right before my unhealthy meal my blood sugar is like 160 and I notice that I am loosing my weight from my tummy which start accumulating after my ovaries were removed so I believe it has a lots of benefits
Your story is very encouraging to me and probably many more !!! I'm excited to see some great results from starting my journey with ACV. Thanks for sharing your story. May you continue to have positive results with your health 🌹

I hear many comments here about GERD. I would like very much to know more. Perhaps discussions of the research in Dr Aviv’s book The Acid Watcher Diet. My patients (I’m a Speech Pathologist, Specializing in Adult Dysphagia) often ask me questions, and are on PPI meds much longer than recommended, which puts them at risk for serious side effects and it seems that there is controversy. Maybe have a Gastroenterologist on. That would be cool. Really enjoying your videos! Happiest healthcare workers I’ve seen in a long time!! 🤓
Many people have low stomach acid instead of high stomach acid. So being prescribed ppi..etcetera, can cause serious issues by reducing stomach acid even more. First learned this from Dr. Berg.
Try reducing carbs. It worked for me & my friends. No need to commit yourself, just experiment for a while.
Great Video Doctors! Thanks 😊

Indigestion in the night, 2 tsp. of ACV in 8oz. of water plus some honey and it does wonders.
Ironic as some have said it made GERD worse
@@TalkingWithDocsmy use is for indigestion that's mainly like an upset stomach, and not GERD.
my morning breakfast luke-warm water with apple cider vinegar, or lemon, or lime. and that is my breakfast
I've been taking ACV with warm water for acid reflux and it's works better then any meds I've ever used, it took me many years to even try it, because I thought it was crazy to use something so sour to help when my tummy and up to my mouth felt so sour already.
Thanks for sharing
Counterintuitive but works great.
I make vegan salad dressing, will try substituting AC vinegar for lemon juice. Soak 3/4 cup of raw cashews overnight. To drained cashews add 4 cloves of crushed garlic, non-sweetened soy milk, 8 molecules of salt (I'm exaggerating), some dill, hemp seeds, and juice of one medium lemon. I'll try substituting a tblspn or so of cider vinegar instead of lemon juice. Dump it all in a small high speed blender. It'll go nice and creamy. Start with a small amount of soy milk and slowly add more til it's as liquid as you prefer. I store it in the fridge - it'll keep for a week or so before the garlic and acid starts fermenting. I just screw the lid on the small blender vessel and store in that. Delicious on salads or with hummous in a wrap. I wasn't aware of the desirableness of cloudy "mother" element. Thanks docs for another fascinating video - I love watching you guys fight! P.S. - This is a month later - Turns out apple cider vinegar has a very mild flavour. I use 5 tablespoons (!) in this salad dressing after experimenting with a couple of batches.
Delicious!
Great videos! Wondering if you could do more about the thyroid, hypothyroidism especially if you’ve had a thyroidectomy. Perhaps you could talk about how improperly balanced TSH affects metabolism and insulin levels. Thanks!
We can add it to the list and bring our endocrinologist back!
That would be amazing!!
