I do ACV 3x a day. In a cup of water, 1 tablespoon, I use a straw. I do this 30 minutes before eating...curbs my appetite...no longer crave sweets, have lost 80 pounds and kept it off for going on 3 years. I also do intermittentfasting, 16/8. I am 73, I am feeling better than ever. No prescriptions....it works for me 😊

@@nancynguyen8643 I use a basic ratio for making dressing. 1 part water, 1 part vinegar, 1 part healthy oil.
I flavor the water by soaking organic or unsprayed fruit in it, such as dried cherries or citrus zest (minus the white pith) and juice, and other fruits with a little sugar and honey.
The oils I use are ev olive, sweet almond, avocado and grapeseed oil for variety.
When combining the ingredients, you may add a pinch of salt, honey, ginger, cinnamon, alspice, cardamom, black or pepper medley, garlic, cajun spice or whatever suits the occasion. I always add some of the fruit or zest to the mixture for beauty and texture. The combination of these ingredients is healthy and very flavorful and will keep remarkably well in your fridge. My neighbor beggs me to market the ginger-tangerine dressing I make. ;)
Hint: use the sugar and honey to macerate the zest or fruit. Add a little tap hot water to make a "tea" and an let set 10 - 20 minutes. The sugar/honey is used to to change the osmotic pressure helping draw out the terpenes and flavonoids making them more available to your tastebuds.

I'm disinclined to add things like this to my diet without evidence of benefit. I have used vinegar(s) in foods, but am very cognizant of the damage that acidic foods/beverages can do to enamel. For me, there is always a benefit/risk ratio. Thankfully, I'm in excellent health due to a lifestyle/diet (plant-based) revamp 15 years ago. I truly value your videos and appreciate the fact that you consult with experts outside of your specialty. I’ve been using ACV for around 5 years here’s my results. My wife and I own a duplex which we rent to my sister and her family of three mine of 4. Before Covid we went through the usual cold season, everyone in the house had the cold and flu multiple times, me zero no symptoms at all. I thought I was coming down with it but it was gone in no less than 10 hours. After work outs in which I pushed hard that day very little soreness with lactic acid build up. Didn’t notice the weight loss claim. But when you first start, this is weird but ear wax loosening a lot of ear wax cleaning maybe because of the clensing affect also more number 2 movements. This does work just follow the directions on the bottle

I try not to eat anything with more than 6 or 7 grams of sugar per serving. My BP was 149 /101 and dropped to 128/83 I look and feel so much better. I was putting 30ml of ACV to my bottle of water and my favorite flavored drink mix. I did it once before bed and then again as soon as I woke up in the morning. I love ACV. I live in the USA. I think I'd been prediabetic or hypoglycemic since my teens. When I was having a minor surgery, the RN told me my blood sugars were elevated and to get it checked. At any of my doctors' check-ups my A1C or any other blood test was never ordered because nobody in my family was diabetic so therefore, I couldn't be. At age 30 I weighed 310 lbs. and was tested, resulting with a high A1C. Eight years ago I had gastric bypass surgery and now weigh 126 lbs. My A1C fluctuates so about 5 years ago my husband read about a new study stating, taking 2 TBL apple cider vinegar every day helped to lower A1C. We didn't know any better, so we didn't mix it with anything to buffer the acid. My husband tried it first and loved the taste, he loves vinegar. I tried it and it felt like a volcano erupted in my stomach and esophagus. I was sick for hours. Needless to say, I haven't tried it since. After this video I guess I can use the apple cider vinegar, with MOTHER of course, into a salad dressing and hope for the best. Thank you for your research and honest opinion. cheers

Doctors will tell you to never ever drink ACV straight. You need to mix it with water or mix it in your food. It's very dangerous to your body drinking it straight. Try mixing 1 to 2 tablespoons of ACV with the mother in 8 oz glass of water with a little honey or stevia....it will taste so must better to you.

i have major allergies and this past week the allergies came back with a vengence. the corner of my eyes were beginning to hurt like never before and i knew i was in for a long run of allergies and pain. i was sitting there thinking and for what ever reason it dawned on me to use ACV on the inner corners of my eyes. now believe me when i say this, the corner pain of my eyes was beyond belief this time around for some reason. i put some ACV on a Q-tip and dab it on the inside corners of my eyes in the morning and again in afternoon. i will admit the pain was somewhat painful but after a few blinks and squeezing of my eye lids the pain subsided after about 30 seconds. my afternoon venture into ACV on my corners was a little better as the morning dip did its job, i am in the early morning hours now and the pain in the corner of my eyes is GONE. all the remains is the soreness of what i did when i was rubbing my eyes. NO MORE PAIN and my allergies seems to have disappeared, so far, cept for my stuffy nose ... ACV seems to be a cure all for many things. Edit after i posted this, cucumber juice i found out years ago does the same thing ... cept with that i just squeezed the juice on my eye .. i never used it that much as cucumbers are harder to keep than a bottle of ACV.

I thought I knew all about ACV, as I have been taking it regularly for years, but I have just got some new inspiration from this vid. I used to take very expensive high quality vinegar with the mother, but then someone gave me a whole lot without. Now I am going to down-grade that for cleaning and go back to the better sort for ME. My patients (I’m a Speech Pathologist, Specializing in Adult Dysphagia) often ask me questions, and are on PPI meds much longer than recommended, which puts them at risk for serious side effects and it seems that there is controversy. I make vegan salad dressing, will try substituting AC vinegar for lemon juice. Soak 3/4 cup of raw cashews overnight. To drained cashews add 4 cloves of crushed garlic, non-sweetened soy milk, 8 molecules of salt (I'm exaggerating), some dill, hemp seeds, and juice of one medium lemon. I'll try substituting a tblspn or so of cider vinegar instead of lemon juice. Dump it all in a small high speed blender. It'll go nice and creamy. Start with a small amount of soy milk and slowly add more til it's as liquid as you prefer. I store it in the fridge - it'll keep for a week or so before the garlic and acid starts fermenting. I just screw the lid on the small blender vessel and store in that. Delicious on salads or with hummous in a wrap. I wasn't aware of the desirableness of cloudy "mother" element. Thanks docs for another fascinating video - I love watching you guys fight! P.S. - This is a month later - Turns out apple cider vinegar has a very mild flavour. I use 5 tablespoons (!) in this salad dressing after experimenting with a couple of batches.
