Y can't we use tur dal please reply preparing my own diet so doing some sort of research!
Paazi. Per100 g me 9g protein hota hai
Can I make it a bit liquidy ?
Bhai Maine suna he cooking se mung dal and soea chunks ka protein level low ho jata he. Is it true?
How much calories in lentiles??
y no videos ?
Coconut milk works super with this..I tried ❤️
Bas aap ke jaisa onion chopping nhi aata..Aap ke knife ka bhi link de do bro 😂😂
And cow milk must not be added to anything that has sour taste..may Yield skin diseases to us
Bhai protein less ho jayega boil krne pe to..thn wt to do...nd cmplt protein b nhi h...
Boil karne se complex protein denature hoke simpler amino acids (proteins) mei break ho jata hai - is se net protein content kam nahi hota sir.
Ha, 1.074 TSP of salt.
Can i use any other dal to make high protein dal
Yes you can use any dal. There is no such thing as 'high protein dal', any dal which you eat sufficient quantity of will give you a good amount of protein. 100g of a raw dal contains 26g of protein. So if you cook 100g of any raw dal that dish will contain 26g of protein total from lentils.
🙏
Do more recipes Plzzz 💜💕💕
Sir i guess by cooking the dalls the nutrition values decrease for example if we boil 100 g of moong dal then the proteins decrease from 25g to 9.8g... Is this statement wrong or right please advise 🙏
The protein does not decrease, the mass of individual lentil kernels increase, they absorb water and become bigger and thus lesser number of kernels form 100g compared to when they were raw. If you cook 100g of raw lentils and they become 400g after cooking, then that 400g still has 25g of protein.
Do we have to boil the dal first?
Nope - masoor dal/ moong dal can be made like this straightaway. Chana daal would require longer time/boiling.
Is that whole pot 30 grams of protein?
Yes, the entire pot is 507 kcal, 30g protein. It's actually quite a calorie-and-mass inefficient way to get your protein, but vegetarians and vegans have few choices.
How much is the carbs?
It's mentioned in the video.
👍👍 सरदारजी.. plz stop using these refined oils.. instead use देसी घी or सरसों or तिल or मूंगफली oil.. 😎😊
Daal ko kitne der bhigoya bhai?
Bhigone ki zarurat nahi bro, bas 2 bar pani se rinse kar lo :)
How is it 30 gram protein????
He used 100g of dal (26g protein) and then added the small amounts of protein from tomatoes, onions and milk powder to reach 30g total
Kisine try kiya hae review dedo
Do we have to keep masur daal in water for sometime before cooking it ?
Nope
Just clean them twice
But keep
Chana daal in water
Please upload videos more often pra. Don't be lazy!
Next video is under editing. Coming out verrrrry soon :)
Bro there is 9gm protein in 100gm masoor dal . So here the is the contradiction that how this meal has 30gm of protein and sorry if I offended you ...
That quantity of salt! 😆
Bhai video punjabi me banao please 🙏🏻..kuchh mere jaise English me 0 bale indian samjhenge ki aap kya keh rahe ho...🙏🏻❣️
Bro ap video achi bana te ho but thodi jayda badi hoti hai
Yes bro. You can skip through parts/watch it at a higher speed on youtube. Details take time :)
25gms protein in 100gms dal!!! What is your source? As per USDA , it's only 9gms!!!!
100g uncooked dal has around 20-25% protein.
100 g cooked dal would have a much lesser amount, obviously.
Aap jo google search kar rahe hain, vahan ekdum dhyan se dekhiye - the amount you are mentioning is for 'boiled' lentils. Choose the uncooked option (the first one) and it'll change to 26g
@@pahulpsg obviously! Do you eat raw dal or cooked dal?
@@abhishekgarg1034 obviously de bache, daal pakane se pehle to kachhi hi measure kar ke daalega na? Cooking video hai eating video nahi. End me jitna dal banega uska nutrition per serving ke hisab se de to rakha hai. Gajab hi ho bhai
@@abhishekgarg1034 ab tum paki daal ko hi dobara pakaa rahe ho to bhagwan hi bataye uski calorie
Punjabi without gali hoo nhi soda 😂😂😂😂
dude 100 masoor dal have onlly 9gram protein not 25 gram protein
Konsi plastic ki dal kha rahe ho dost. You're mentioning the calories of 100g 'BOILED' dal. I mentioned for 100g RAW. Check your sources again please.
Concentrate on protein from vegan source bro you'll go high.
This guy doesn't know anything...
