Water (1/2 cup)
Salt (3/4 tsp)
Black Pepper (a pinch)
Carom Seeds - Ajwain (a pinch)
Cumin Powder - Jeera (1/2 tsp)
Garam Masala - (1/2 tsp)
Red Chilli Powder - (1/4 tsp)
Turmeric Powder - Haldi (1/4 tsp)
Onions - finely diced, sprinkled on top
Tomatoes - finely diced, sprinkled on top

Great recipe! How long can I store the mixture in the refrigerator? Also, how long can I store cooked chilla?
Jairaj Mathur the batter tends to dry out in the fridge. So i'd recommend making it fresh. You can keep the cooked cheela for 3-4 days but it'll become soggy when you re-heat it.
Cook it Out Kindly advise if the calories per chilla include the oil used?
I love your recipes - because 1) they are easy to follow 2) they use minimal ingredients(not too much of cutting and frying onions etc) and 3) they are healthy and nutritious - please keep it this way! Teach us more easy to cook : one-pot meals.

My mom used to put onion, capsicum and garlic in the batter and fry with ghee. The taste was heavenly trust me. My friends used to like it soo much that they insisted me to bring this almost everyday. :))

One small trick. Add 1 or 2 tsp oil to the batter depending on the quantity of the batter. Then you don't need to put oil for each one of them on a non-stick pan.
