Everytime I see some faction with actual technology fighting against lizardmen with dinos and spears and stuff I always just think of the song welcome to the jungle.
Lizardmen pretty much have high technology, beyound Chrofs. Flying energy cities.
But they mostly forgot it lol, dealing with it like magic.

when you have a 3k value lead, but it's all sunken into the still alive dread saurian...
LM had a similar problem with the unbreakable trains though.
not totally bad since his healing is pretty much all into the dread saurian which spent most of its time just chasing trains and not achieving as much as they did when the kroxigors could have used some heals to help win fights
There is something incredibly funny about seeing a unit with 2000 value and still zero kills.
Seeing the dread beast do so well is awsome when i think back to how much of a meme it was in twh2
I wish the other dinos were viable.
dreadsaurus shouldnt take a lot of damage from missiles, he is a colossal animal, those things would be like splinters to it.

Tbf Subatai probably should've had an anti large Ripperdactyl in reserve even if he wasn't expecting trains to deal with a Sorcerer Prophet, Bull Centaur and potential Death Shriek dive
True. Turin is an elite list builder and I would be very happy if CA allowed him to help. I wonder how he would have built a lizard list going up against chaos dwarves.
Man, it was pretty insane seeing the lizards swarm the field so much. Kroxigors, saurus, cold ones....dude threw the kitchen sink at you.

Interesting Chaos Dwarf build. I think firing the Death Shreik RL at the slann while attacking the slann would be better than shooting the Dread Sauren.
My thoughts exactly. You're not killing saurian as long as life slann is healing it.
Agreed. The Slann was hanging out in some rather haggard places at times and has crud defensive stats. Could've probably been sniped.
Some late call in blunderbuss would've threatened them too
@@graysonkirby5263 I don't think he had any. He mentioned that he had no units in reserve to call, and blunderbusses would've been pretty handy at that point. Or any point. Which does kind of raise the question: why not?

Wondering if a carnosaur would have been awesome here? A scar veteran riding one would have been fast and dangerous against those machines.
Yeah that's what I'm thinking. Dread Saurian can only really chase away, carnosaurs could cause some real problems
I wonder if the chaos dwarves could use a cost decrees on some of their elite infantry units. Would like to see more iron sworn they are some of the coolest unit.

also by the end, about one third of your value was just from the trains. Honestly considering how much damage you put onto the dread saurian without ever killing it, it might've been closer to half when you consider a lot that value wasn't really affecting the battlefield

Excellent game I think if he drops some Kroxigors and adds one carnosaur he would’ve been able to kill one or two trains.

I feel like sniping the banana toad first with the rockets might have done better since the toad has less hp and not as great missile resist.
I have never seen chorfs use hell cannons
I think an infernal castellan could be prudent to poke the dread saurian all game and camp around the deathshriek with some vanguard backup

"Poor lizards" - Me, almost every matchup.
Would've loved to see a kroq gar and saurus scar vet goon squad here. Maybe a rev crystal to keep em healed and a light caster for nets, and boom you have a very effective way of eating trains

Can someone clarify to a single player scrub as to why he didn't just target the Slaan to shut down the healing? Could use some help understanding a multiplayer, well, player's thought process in that.
They have about 7k HP, pretty tanky, so if you're not confident you can kill it in an expedient manner, it can come back to bite you!

So I try and watch multiplayer battles Im just curious what is with the low unit count? Like 7 units of chorfs? Can people not control 20 units? Or is like this just how everyone plays with like 1/2 stacks? I'm just curious nothing wring with.

you can only have so much gold value on the field
@@thehistorians5231 right I get that by why set the gold limit so low Ive never understood why people set it so low like field entire army 1/2 against 1/3 of a stack is kinda you knoe watching two garrisons in a tier 2 city fight each other
for balance reasons
9000 gold is what dom is balanced around more than that and some factions potentially start having an advantage over others
