The Cohort of Sotek could work well with Revivification, pop their ability, save the models, then heal them back up...potentially very dangerous.
Agreed! The ability also lasts 20 seconds and has 60 sec CD, so that's 33% uptime on invincibility. Heals on top and they live forever :O

The fire damage on that RoR Infantry is especially useful for Clan Skyre because they start so close to the Wood Elves, which fire is VERY useful against.
Honestly, its hard to decide who get the better end of this unit pack. My heart says Skaven but my brain says Lizardmen. Those new Skinks are SUPER helpful, and that Engine of the Gods looks freaking ridiculous!
I’m so unbelievably hyped. Vermintide gets beastmen. Ratmen finally get out of f tier in total war. A very good time for the warhammer scene

That RR Warp-Lighting Cannon feels built to snipe beefy flying Lords (Ie. Manfred, Malekith, Franz, ect.)

But I agree. Looks pretty damn awesome. Ikit Claw overall looks really cool. But then again, pretty much all of the new units and lords look interesting.
I love how moments after the doom rocket a skaven shouted something and then more explosions

Wonder what Norsca is supposed to do against the new skaven units... everything that can charge will DESPISE ratling guns, theis monsters melt to jezzails, and their ranged troops have half the range of raid ratlings...
Think they aren't the only army affected this way (can see lizardmen and chaos struggle too, although at least those get artillery), but it's the one I'm familiar with.. and while Norsca is no stranger to slowing enemies, at least they need to get in melee to apply it... I don't know of anything but the mist stalkers that could get to deal with a skaven gunline, and one squad won't ever be enough
Can't wait to a battle between the new Lizard and the Vampire coast, especially since addition of the Legion of Chaqua will town down the dangerosité of the poer pirate range.
And yet, the Skaven still have no air units, for all of their twisted inventiveness and ingenuity.
In game Skaven weapon teams and Warplock Jezzails: 70 (Ratling guns and Warpfirethrower.) Tabletop: 0. ( Warplock Jezzails got a 4+ save against missile and magic missile damage due to their Pavise.)

My two favorites races in the game, what more can a skaven-lizardmen fan ask for?
ok so after playing as the prophet and warlock I can tell you that they both have tactical nukes, the ratling gunners well as you expect they can rip through shields, I mean yea the shielded forces will resist a bit of damage but they will not get close without getting seriously injured and none shielded units, oh lordy oh and when I say tactical nukes Kroak is a living unit that can have 2 benefits such as unit training and unit replenishment (I think) and can summon tactical nukes on the field, Ikit Claw can construct nukes for warp cores and food also the ark of sotek is great if you do the usual strategy of having your beasts charge into the enemy formation and move them into the middle of said formation while having your infantry attack around the formation since the ark of sotek ability does not harm your units

When i saw tiktaq'to i was like omg this dude is an absolute unit in the lore he fought for months against the dark elfes and chaos so he can hold the capital of the lizardmen
Never looked at Ikit's ranged damage, no wonder he one shots basically everything I tell him to attack.

Doom flayers actually have melee attacks and spin around special attacks and can be stuck in like normal units, they mentioned this in one of the trailers. So they aren’t just meant to be used like chariots, it’s alright if they get stuck in

in the dev stream the salamanders had garbage effective damage. behaved like the bomb zombies from vampire coast, looks effective on paper, but does no damage. guess we'll have to confirm on release.

Does anyone know how the new spear cavalry regiment of renown compare to horned ones? Like is this cav unit better in a 1v1 cavalry fight than the horned ones because of the anti large bonus?
It seems that the US army has given Skaven a lot of toys.
Council Guard skaven are more disciplined than High Elf Phoenix Guard

Ancient Salamander is literaly just Troglodon replacement.
The skaven are now even more deadly than they were before not only that they're more than a match for the greenskins now and that is why I choose to side with the skaven over the greenskin 😄
