Thanks for the video. I was on the F30 but had leaking and mask sealing problems where I needed to adjust the straps every few nights which affected the leaks because it was hard to get a good mask seal so I switched to the F40. I honestly think that both are very similar. Except that with the F40 , I feel it's lighter on the face and my leaking improved and it's easier to get a good mask seal and I'm getting better numbers with the F40 as far as leaking and the mask seal. One of the issues with the F40 is that getting the cushion replacements is taking a long time to receive I think because it's a new mask and parts are not that available or out of stock

I am a new CPAP user. Have the F&P Evora full face mask. I'm a side sleeper. The plastic guard that holds the cushion in place has caused a severe lump next to my nostril. I have it padded with mole skin and gauze pads for now. I'm looking at the F40 because it has no hard plastic shield. Six weeks into therapy, excellent results, near perfect scores, but it is very painful.

I've been using f40 for a while I like it very much. I rotated with a f20 airtouch.

No I haven't tried it at 30 since I get my supplies from the VA.

Do you sleep on your back. Evora is a terrible mask for side sleepers.

@@arnecarlsson9740 I believe it’s subjective. I have shorter and Wider nose so it might not be the same for you. I’m currently using Mirage FX Nasal Mask

I have the F&P Evora. Noise is the biggest issue. I cant sleep on the side due to the noise and my wife always complains about the air blowing right on her face. I really hope F&P will come with a diffuser attachment for this mask. I have switched back to the nasal mask as nothing else works for me.

@@USAMedicalSupply Fisher and Paykel Eson 2 was the best nasal mask I ever had but the plastic section holding the head/top belt broke ( poor design as it should be a rubber joint). Currently using the ResMed Mirage FX ( not as comfortable as eson 2 but better build quality).
I wish if I could design a mask for f&p

I have been using the f40 mask for about 3 weeks. It's been a challenge. To be honest, I don't like it. I have too many air leaks around my nose. Even when I adjust the straps, I still have air leaks.

I received the f40 a few days ago and quickly tried it out
Worst mask I've ever tried in 15 years
It was uncomfortable to my nose and leaked terribly

I absolutely hate my F40 and regret buying it. My AHI doubles everynight that I use it. Tried it for a week, and now it sits gathering dusting taunting me as a waste of money.

Read that machine needs to be changed to "pillows" instead of full face mask for the f40

@@USAMedicalSupplyIt says on the back of the bag the mask comes in, the LankyLefty27 covered it on his CZcams channel, it does seem strange that a Full Face mask should be set to Pillows, if it said set Nasal I could sort of understand it, but the Pillows setting just seems stupid.
