    Ingredients:
    200gm bean sprouts
    Spring onion, chopped
    10 prawns, de shelled
    2 small beancurd ( tauhu )
    Anchovy stock powder to taste
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    250-300ml thick coconut milk
    Salt to taste
    Oil for cooking
    Chopped/Minced together:
    3 fresh red chillies
    2 red cili padi
    5 cloves of garlic
    Steps:
    1. Heat up some oil over medium low flame and lightly pre- fry the beancurd and set it aside. Then, remove the excess oil.
    2. Now, add in the chopped ingredients and fry until fragrant. Then, add in the prawns and a little salt. Cook for 1 minute, now add in the fried beancurd, stock powder and bean sprouts. Cook for 2 minutes.
    3. Now, add in the turmeric powder and coconut milk. Mix everything together and continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes. Taste for seasoning.
    4. Bring the flame to high for a second, add in the chopped spring onions and turn off the flame.
    Enjoy this awesome comfort food with hot rice.
