    Flower Crabs cooked in spicy coconut milk 😋😋😋

    Ingredients:
    6 fresh flower crabs, cleaned & halved
    1 carrot, pre-boiled and cut into big chunks
    Handful of fresh turmeric leaves, julienned
    3-4 lemongrass, crushed
    1 chicken stock cube or powder
    450ml thick coconut milk
    Salt to taste
    Oil for cooking
    For Garnishing:
    Kaffir lime leaves, julienned
    Red chilli, sliced
    Ingredients to be blended: A
    150ml water
    1 ½ inch fresh turmeric
    5-6 red cili padi
    5-6 green cili padi
    3-4 kaffir lime leaves
    Steps:
    Heat up some oil over medium flame.
    Add in the lemongrass and crabs.
    After 2 mins, pour in the blended ingredients, add salt & the stock cube.
    Cook for 5-6 minutes.
    Now, add in the turmeric leaves, carrot and coconut milk.
    Allow it to cook. In between, mix well so that all the crab pieces cook evenly.
    Check if the seasoning is 👌. Then, turn off the flame. Garnish with lime leaves and sliced chilli. Enjoy 😊
