permobil corpus F5 lift mechanism fails with screeching and high pitch screeching and CO23 error

NuMotion worked with Permobil to fix the lift mechanism on Permobil F5 Corpus 2580006355.
Permobil did not properly diagnose the lift problem.
Today is 2021-11/07.
The repair was 2021-11/02.
D. did a phenomenal job with over 1 dozen repairs on 2 chairs. He deserves kudos!
Regarding the Lift Mechanism: It still fails and my doom is certain.

Yet screeching is getting LOUDER and Lift Error CO23 and Red Blinking ICS Lights.
From my past experience, the entire LIFT Mechanism is Failing, not just the parts replaced.
When the screeching gets even louder, the seat lift/tilt will eventually catastrophically fail to leave me stuck in a dangerous position that only 911 / Firemen could lift me to safety.
