I work as a tech for numotion. The m300 base corpus is such a pain in the butt. Especially for trying to take the rear battery out when the chair doesn’t have lift!. The top shroud alone is the first obstacle lol

Great video and thank you for taking the time to make it. I am handy and can tackle the repalcement but you saved me time and research about how to get at the batteries! Bless you guys for being in this business. My wife became disabled over 20 years ago and the "disability tax" - the additional costs we pay for her being disabled for her van, chair, etc. are considerable and any money we can save by DYI is a blessing.

In that case, just go with LFP batteries and you never need to change them again and they are cheaper now:) with some group 24 size 100ah drop ins, you could charge every other day and the batteries with 3500 cycles would last almost 20 years.

Wonderful video! I was just thinking I had to lengthen my battery cables because the terminals were swapped on the new batteries and I reversed the batteries to keep the poles on the same sides - which moved the terminals out of reach of the cables.
Watching you leave the new batteries in the same posture (with the terminals closer to the rear) and simply reroute the cables to the other side, helped me see my blind spot!
You just save me a ton of work! Thanks!

I'm still trying to find out how to get the batteries out of my M3 electric wheelchair
The seat is tipped up a little bit which means it's hard to get the Allen wrench

You would have to get a set of jumper cables in order to get the chair power to get the seat in the correct upright position in order to remove the batteries. Give us a call about jumper cable rental w/purchase of batteries if you're interested. 800-677-6293

Yes its safe as long as you can get to the batteries without struggle or the seat in the way.
