An MS68 goes for $10K, an MS67 for $400, and an MS66 for $70. I guess the smart thing to do would be to shop for high-end 66s.

How can I determine if my circulated quarter has an error in the last 3 letters on pluribus or its worn from being circulated? I’m brand new to coin collecting. It’s a 1982 D? Thank you for any help!

Daniel, have a question not related to these quarters. Unbeknownst to me my grandaughter decided to wash my pennies with dawn soap. I just discovered them and there is still a fair amount of soap on them that has hardened. How do I clean them without damaging or potentially devalueing them? It's about $8 in pennies. I do not know if there are any valuable ones, I have just had them for years. Your help would be appreciated.

I never knew this. I have put together a few sets of quarters and don't remember the 82 being anymore difficult to find than a few others.

I saved a 1980 quarter dollar where instead of having the Liberty, it has a llberty , I dont know if its an l or an i, but it look like a double ll(llberty) Im looking to see if there is any decent value on it.

PCGS will grade your coins but you can’t be cheap you gotta get a membership first get the premium
Hi Daniel, could you help me out with this. I bought my first Peace dollar, its 1923 pcgs ms 64, it has alot of Milk spots on it, tiny scratches is that normal for a coin that old ? I got it from JM bullion. Paid 40$ for it.
Yes it is normal and why it is better to pick coins like this in hand so you can see the exact coin, not all coins look like this. You should be calling them about it if you're not happy.

The set came in a U.S. Mint envelope. The 5 coin sets look really nice. I found them in my wife's grandpa's coin collection. Were these sets from Krause Publications?

Not black quarters there's some type of damage on them. You will not find black quarter error any where.

A pastor I know has spent at least 10,000 on coins from the Bradford Exchange. I saw them and it's junk, plated. Hey told me he collected ancients but there replicas from the Bradford Exchange! He's over 75 and he thought the Bradford Exchange ancients were real since he said the were made with "ancient" silver. Heartbreaking!

$10,000 vacation is a waste so would the 1982. Just buy $10,000 in constitutional silver. Actually I face this everyday and why I buy and sell. I don't hang onto anything.
