    If I don't take my CoQ10 supplements I can feel the difference. It's definitely increased my energy levels

    Your video says that Ubiquinone is the most absorbable form of CoQ10, but I've heard several other sources say that Ubiquinol is more bioavailable and absorbable. Please clear this up for me.

    Is a 50mg capsule too low a daily intake? How does one determine what is the desirable daily mg?

      50mg is too low. The usual starting dose is 100mg. The desirable daily mg would depend on the condition you are trying to treat
