Between the statins and other meds, I felt like crap all the time. 2 1/2 years ago I get on the keto diet and stopped taking the statins, blood pressure meds, and arthritis meds. I lost 44# and even now eat only one meal a day and feel so much better.

I have been on CoQ10 last 20 years and Ubiquinol since it was introduced, plus Astaxanthin,Krill oil,K2 and D3 to name a few. I am taking all these antioxidants to try to reduce my Ankylosing Spondylitis symptoms. So far so good.

I just started taking astaxanthin and after a bit of a rough break-in period, I feel better. About one month before that i started taking vitamin E tocotrienols from Dr. Barrie Tan's research on Annatto. I take cod liver oil and krill oil too and I was wondering whether I should go back on ubiquinol. Dr. Tan says that the vitamin E plus his associated supplement, GG, helps the liver make enough Co Q-10, unless you're on stains, which damage the liver so that it can't make it. But if Dr. Ken is right then all the blood pressure meds do the same thing.

You’re a real treasure Dr Berry. I had a 90% blockage of 1 artery resulting in a silent heart attack 9 months ago. The rest of my heart is fine with mild-moderate plaguing, at 70 yrs of age. Mild localized heart muscle damage but no permanent issues at all. When iwas on the table I was asked if I agreed to take all prescribed meds for 1 year by the technician. I knew if I said no, they would not place the stent! So I had a stent placed and the cardiologist put me on MASSIVE doses of statins, beta blockers, water pills, ARB’s and anti platelets. I thought I had turned 105 within 2 weeks of taking all that crap!!! I did research on CZcams from docs like yourself and talked to my pharmacist. I asked why on earth was I prescribed these massive amounts of drugs and she played dumb. I immediately stopped taking the statin, went to my doctor and got all except the anti platelet reduced significantly. At 3 months I had a chat the cardiologist and he dropped everything down to a bare fraction of the original prescription. You have to be respectful and know your stuff so as not to be labelled ‘non compliant’. Anyway, I’m at 9 months post stent and I’m going to see about weaning off most of the rest of these drugs now. I’m thankful for the fact they saved my life but also grateful to be aware enough to not get sucked into the Big Pharma pipeline of hell and sickness from a lifetime of these drugs they tell you you have to take. Thank you for all you do. God bless!

When I was growing up in the 50s and 60s the giblets were always packed in with the chicken and chickens weren’t sold in parts. Since there were so few giblets we learned to consider it a prize when we would get one. I will consider it a treat to be able to eat chicken hearts. Thank you for this advice. I’ll definitely be going out to look for chicken hearts as well as eating other foods rich in CoQ-10.

I have had horrible, chronic fatigue for years now making my life very, very difficult. Some days I barely get thru the day. I am taking 3 if not 4 meds on this list. I ordered Coq10 today and can't wait for it to get here to try it. I always attributed the tiredness to a side affect of the drugs but if this is what's doing it and taking Coq10 works I will be sooooooooooooo grateful to you for getting the info out. Whether it helps me or not, I bless you every day for all the great work you and Neisha are doing. Have been a fan of you both and your beautiful family for a long time. You both are truly Godsends.

Coq10 seems to be working for me, been 2 years since my strokes and chest pain & heart cramps have been my problem. After this video I got coq10 supplement and no more cramps nor pain, also my heart effraction went from 18% to 25% sins your video, a big deal if you ask me. Although it’s impossible to attribute this improvement to coq10 for sure, still the pain & cramps are gone. Thanks doc!

I left a doctor who loved prescribing meds. I decided I can use urgent care when I need it. For my long-term care, I only see my amazing naturopath. She got me off statins (that I learned don't work...except to make big pharma rich) and put me on ubiquinol. My levels are great now!

Hi Dr. Berry. How odd that most medical practioner's today are mostly Pharmaceutical reps.
I have wondered about all the side effects from using so many statins etc. A fair number of these I have been on over the years.
Love your informative YT sessions. I was given at least 10 or 12 meds for BP and Cholesterol. Especially having had triple bi past surgery last November.
Thanks again my son. May you and your family enjoy many wondrous blessings.

You are right. 2060 doctors will laugh at current medical practice, just like doctors today laugh at 1940's medical practice. Also, doctors like Dr Berry are ignoring the diseases which are caused or worsened by harmful genetic mutations. Child mortality has reduced from about 50% in 1800s to less than 1% today, I am pretty sure it has no impact on the health of people today.

Dr. Berry you made me laugh. I am Mexican and Irish. I was raised with my Mexican grandmother and she ate many different kinds of organ meats. I've tasted many different organ meats and I've always said "EWW," after tasting them. When you said to eat heart I naturally said "eww," then you said "if you just said eww, you better rethink it." I do take a CoQ10 supplement but I feel empowered from all you and Ms. Neisha are teaching me about low carb and Keto. Thank you. Oh btw, I just ate a bowel full of beef chorizo with cheese for breakfast. (Chorizo con queso.) Yum!!!! Can't get enough of those beef lips, glands and whatever yummy things they use to make chorizo. he he he
