Why is B650 mobo bad for ryzen 7 7800x3D? I saw many vids where they say B650 is more than enough cuz the cpu is very power efficient and runs very cool.
I have the the ryzen 7 7700x and a Msi B650-p pro in a bundle deal with free ram and it has been great got it for the same price as a on sale Ryzen 5 7600 at $200 and a $150 mobo i rate my experience a 10/10
Most of all of that is nowadays done on your GPU anyways, so the 7800X3D should be enough. If you wanna be safe and budget isn't limited, go for the 7950X3D. 7900X3D's CCDs are 6 cores which is why I would avoid it unless the prices are good.
What would you reccomend for a ryzen 9 7950X3D? In terms of gpu and Motherboard i allready looked at the msi mag x670e will it work well? For gpu i have chosen an MSI GeForce RTX 4080 Gaming X Trio. 2x 16 GB ram (g.skill trident z5 neo) as well as a nzxt kraken 240 cooler and Kingston kc3000 2tb ssd
hey Geeka, I'm planning to build my first gaming pc and I'm a little unsure if the 13400f will bottleneck my 6800xt, at 1440p gaming. if yes, then what would be the best budget processor which just won't bottleneck my 6800xt that much? (i do plan to do streaming and vid editing at some point)
(they are the same performance, but unless you want to upgrade to the raptor lake refresh you wont get many upgrades from there, and if you get a decent motherboard you will have many more upgrades from the 7600 or 7600x, whichever one's cheaper.)

I just read some reviews on the tomahawk x670e and people are saying it's boot time is terrible and it crashes out on first boot. Also they say it's difficult to setup. Do you have any insight into that?

Looking at that yeah from a glance it looks pretty great, if possible you might want to bump up another 2 cores with the 7700 if your budget will allow it as iirc streaming will put a bit more pressure on the CPU, but I could be wrong so I'd get a second opinion, and I saw an MSI Mortar Wifi going for around 180USD which seems to have similar specs if you'd want to save a bit of money. But overall that should be a great build

Bro didn't even thought of the 7700. In my region the 7700 is 184 dollar cheaper than the 7800x3d and I only do video editing in terms of production and 4k gaming. I got a used 3090 for a good price. In DaVinci resolve 7700 is faster by 5 percent than 13600k. 7700 is faster in gaming too. So for my build I chose the 7700 and a used 3090 because I hate the 470 TI with its 12 gigs of VRAM if that had 16 gigs of VRAM I would have bought that besides that MSI X670E tomahawk which he was recommending I love the board I'm going to use that because I want to be future-proof I want to upgrade later on with 9000 series maybe 10,000 if they launch it Ryzen processor. Note 7700 and 13600K are the same price in my region
In the US the price difference is 111 dollars for me I want the productivity performance so 7700 is better for me because it's cheaper and it does good enough gaming performance the 7800X3D isn't that fast compared to it especially at 4K

Well actually... If you pay close attention to the cpu gaming testing in 4k resoluction. You will quickly find out that other than a few cpu heavy games, in most 3A games r5 5600 or i5 12400 provides no less than 10% fps drop in conparison to i9 13900k or 7800x3d. So ironically, if you are csgo pro or someone who heaveily favor frame per second, like a competitive gamer and plays at 1080p res, then yes high end cpu is very important for you, if not, you better save your wallet on cpu instead get your self a cheap and easy r5 5600 and spend most of your budget on gpu. Its way more worth to max your gpu budget than having it to be spent oncpu which likely do no more than a bit of frame increasment.

go for 6800xt bud, it has way more vram than 4070 and will give you smooth 1440p gaming without any bottleneck with the R5 7600x. it's cheaper as well, so why not?

Hello there I have a question and I would love to get an answer from u in my problem. My setup is currently a rtx2070 + i5 9600k + mag z390 tomahawk + Dark Rock 4 CPU cooler and im playing on a 1440p 144hz monitor games like escape from tarkov and I cant get 100fps on lowest settings and I get better fps on higher settings because I think my cpu is the bottleneck thats y I want to upgrade my cpu. The cpu runs on 90-100% workload in the task manager and the graphicscard on max 40-50% workload (while playing escape from tarkov). Now I have the question which CPU I should upgrade to because I heard that the power supply of my motherboard isnt good enough for a i9 9900k is that true? And what upgrade would u recommend me if I shouldnt buy the i9? I want to upgrade to a really good cpu so that I only have to buy a new Graphicscard in the future. I really hope u can help me out! good parts list, at this point i wouldnt go am4 unless its really budget, get a 7600 with a tuf b650 plus wifi instead, and make sure to get expo ram, you might have issues with xmp ram. the 850w psu is overkill, get the rm750e instead. and you should upgrade the gpu if your budget allows for it, to something like a 6800xt.

I'm trippin that the AMD 5 is better than the 9 and 7's for the most part. I mean, that makes things a little hard. I would have to make sure I get a mobo that can support 5, 7 and 9! Ugh I'm generalizing of course. Still, I'm really happy about AMD and Intel going back and forth. I've been AMD since the 90's. It's really great to see them advance so much! It's comparable to watching Android catch up and in a lot of ways pass iPhone.

In my country GIGABYTE B760M DS3H DDR4 is cheaper than GIGABYTE B660M DS3H DDR4... I mean, overall B760 with i3-12100 is nothing bad? I simply don't see builds like this, everyones going for B660 for i3-12100...
B760 will work out of the box with any intel 12th gen processor. You can also look for gigabyte B760 D2H which has only two dimm slots and is approximately $30 less.
@@Lucidx_ if you have $220 to spend, the tuf b650 plaus wifi. if you have around 150, the asrock b650m pro rs. at this point if you havent gotten the gpu yet, i would go for a less expensive motherboard in exchange for a gpu upgrade to the 6800xt if you can afford it. if not, then go for the tuf.
I wouldnt recommend the X670E-series motherboards. You are paying a 100 bucks more for PCIe 5.0 If you look at MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk WIFI and compare it to MSI MAG X670E Tomahawk WIFI the X-series has PCIe5, worse audio and costs 100 bucks more the rest is the same i'll use PCIe4.0, have better audio and save me some money
Yo f amd my amd gpu keeps black screening on me after a few hours dont try and tell me anything cuz i already did everything to fix it from driver update to ddu wipes to flashing my motherboard im now at the point to where im thinking that i need to flash my gpu then i remember fuk no cuz everyone is having the same issue in my country its so bad that a few stores dont sell this gpu brand anymore so anything amd related can get hosed down with orange liqued
terrible recommendation. for instance, he recommend a motherboard almost double the price to i3-12100f he recommended. then he skipped the 12400f and jumped to much more expensive 7600x
After watching this video carefully this guy doesn't know that much about PC. 1. First the benchmark of CINEBENCH is fake as hell how the hell Ryzen 7 7700x and ryzen 9 7900X3D is slower than ryzen 5 7600x and i5 13600k faster than 3 of them? 2. At 1440p 1080p rtx 4070 and rx 6800 xt is the highest can ryzen 5 7600x can match with? at 1440p and beyond cpu usage gets lower and GPU usage gets higher so if someone wants to play at 4k ryzen 5 7600x is MORE THAN ENOUGH for their usage because the game will highly depend on the GPU. 3. Recommendation of the Motherboard feature and the price just doesn't add up why is this guy recommending expensive motherboards when there are much better options. unless he is sponsored by MSI or ASrock? (or the price of those motherboard is different in his country)
If you are spending enough money for i7-13700k, then I assume you wanna spend about $500-$600 for the gpu? If so, you can snag a 6950 XT for even below $600, which should be a really good choice for 1440p gaming.

either upgrade your CPU to Ryzen 7 7700/X to match your GPU or downgrade your GPU to RX 6800 XT/RX 6750 XT to match your CPU

nope, all good, atx motherboard go for the b550 aorus elite ax v2. micro atx go for the asrock b550m pro4, and itx idk what to tell you they all suck for the price.

Hello there I have a question and I would love to get an answer from u in my problem. My setup is currently a rtx2070 + i5 9600k + mag z390 tomahawk + Dark Rock 4 CPU cooler and im playing on a 1440p 144hz monitor games like escape from tarkov and I cant get 100fps on lowest settings and I get better fps on higher settings because I think my cpu is the bottleneck thats y I want to upgrade my cpu. The cpu runs on 90-100% workload in the task manager and the graphicscard on max 40-50% workload (while playing escape from tarkov). Now I have the question which CPU I should upgrade to because I heard that the power supply of my motherboard isnt good enough for a i9 9900k is that true? And what upgrade would u recommend me if I shouldnt buy the i9? I want to upgrade to a really good cpu so that I only have to buy a new Graphicscard in the future. I really hope u can help me out! Ur making great videos keep it up!

Honestly you could do a lot with that. But best budget wise is prolly a i5-12600k and a matching12th gen board with upgrade path. And ddr5

good parts list, at this point i wouldnt go am4 unless its really budget, get a 7600 with a tuf b650 plus wifi instead, and make sure to get expo ram, you might have issues with xmp ram. the 850w psu is overkill, get the rm750e instead. and you should upgrade the gpu if your budget allows for it, to something like a 6800xt.

Get the Aorus Elite AX Z690. YES I SAID Z690. It is better for cheaper than the Z790 version. You probably wont have to flash the bios at this point.
I'm trippin that the AMD 5 is better than the 9 and 7's for the most part. I mean, that makes things a little hard. I would have to make sure I get a mobo that can support 5, 7 and 9! Ugh

In my country GIGABYTE B760M DS3H DDR4 is cheaper than GIGABYTE B660M DS3H DDR4... I mean, overall B760 with i3-12100 is nothing bad? I simply don't see builds like this, everyones going for B660 for i3-12100...
B760 will work out of the box with any intel 12th gen processor. You can also look for gigabyte B760 D2H which has only two dimm slots and is approximately $30 less.
get a b660 motherboard instead, there is no difference for a bump up in price.

its fine as long as you don't do overclock since Gigabyte's DS3H motherboards have weaker VRMs

@@Lucidx_ if you have $220 to spend, the tuf b650 plaus wifi. if you have around 150, the asrock b650m pro rs. at this point if you havent gotten the gpu yet, i would go for a less expensive motherboard in exchange for a gpu upgrade to the 6800xt if you can afford it. if not, then go for the tuf.

Yo f amd my amd gpu keeps black screening on me after a few hours dont try and tell me anything cuz i already did everything to fix it from driver update to ddu wipes to flashing my motherboard im now at the point to where im thinking that i need to flash my gpu then i remember fuk no cuz everyone is having the same issue in my country its so bad that a few stores dont sell this gpu brand anymore so anything amd related can get hosed down with orange liqued
terrible recommendation. for instance, he recommend a motherboard almost double the price to i3-12100f he recommended. then he skipped the 12400f and jumped to much more expensive 7600x

After watching this video carefully this guy doesn't know that much about PC.
1. First the benchmark of CINEBENCH is fake as hell how the hell Ryzen 7 7700x and ryzen 9 7900X3D is slower than ryzen 5 7600x and i5 13600k faster than 3 of them?
2. At 1440p 1080p rtx 4070 and rx 6800 xt is the highest can ryzen 5 7600x can match with? at 1440p and beyond cpu usage gets lower and GPU usage gets higher so if someone wants to play at 4k ryzen 5 7600x is MORE THAN ENOUGH for their usage because the game will highly depend on the GPU.
3. Recommendation of the Motherboard feature and the price just doesn't add up why is this guy recommending expensive motherboards when there are much better options. unless he is sponsored by MSI or ASrock? (or the price of those motherboard is different in his country)

If you are spending enough money for i7-13700k, then I assume you wanna spend about $500-$600 for the gpu? If so, you can snag a 6950 XT for even below $600, which should be a really good choice for 1440p gaming.
if you havent gotten the cpu yet, i would go for either a 7600x or a 13600k with a 7900xt or xtx if you can afford it.
