Perfect size + low price + high quality + heritage brand = great job Tudor
Tudor has been on fire this year. This and Black Bay GMT are such amazing watches, and they are priced so nicely as well. Kudos to them
Thank you for all your comments and support, Morteza! :)
The size is ideal ! This is the very first Tudor i'm seriously considering purchasing ! It looks stunning ! Thanks for the video ! Great work !
Agree. Hoping they come out with more colors, this this one already looks pretty awesome.
Halfmoon67 Thank you! :)
you buy this finally' ?
sorry about my lenguaje
i''am south american but i really considered buy this thing and i really help me a really perception of this iconic time piece
I have one of these and yes, it is a very charming watch. There is a real warmth in the design.
Westley Greenhalf Plus they real good value for the money... Tudor today is doing a great job these days...
@@WatchAdvisor true. I have three of them at the moment and they're all well made, accurate watches with great styling.
Westley Greenhalf Good choice! With a Tudor today you ain’t doing anything wrong.
39mm perfect!!!
Placed a deposit down today. It’ll be my first “nice” watch. Can’t wait for July.
Congrats! :)
sweet! me too depo down was told July to Sept wtf. I hope July it gets in :D
This is perfect. Waiting for the blue bezel version with non faux patina 👌
Absolutely stunning. The poison is killing me. And I can't find any ADs that want to sell it to me.
I can't believe ! Try our own network @ www.watchadvisor.com
Looking forward to trying this one on. My existing Black Bay is, although a beautiful watch, a bit thick.
Lawrence Rogers agreed! It’s my only qualm of the watch.
My watch of the show. Looks stunning. Look forward to seeing one in the metal.
I don't get why many other brands are so slow to act on the appetite for smaller and thinner watches.
Drew Sykes
Watch companies are notorious for being slow when it comes to what people want.
Great video! The way you present is very informative and entertaining. Well done!
Trevor Phillips Thank you very much Trevor! :)
This watched firmly bumped the Bremont S301 off my wish list.
I'm going to have to get me one of these
I can’t wait to see this in person, ⌚️⏱👍🇦🇺
Didn't you watch the video?
Guilherme, are you joking? It's an entirely different experience. Never bought a pre-owned or vintage watch online and climaxed when you tore open that tight bubble wrap?
My apologies, english is not my first language. I had understood that he would like to see the steel bracelet version.
Super cool!! cant wait to see it!!
Alexander you have seen allot of cool pieces. For you to call them cool speaks allot- and I agree - they are. Thanks for the look.
Thanks! :)
If you buy the watch with the metal bracelet, do you think Tudor would allow you to buy their Nato strap separately so you can change up the look?
Great reviews! However it would be great when you could do some wristshots!
Sadly Tudor used the shield logo instead of the rose. It's the one detail that will likely prevent me from buying this otherwise brilliant watch.
Cool watch and a serious contender for spending my money on my next watch. I'm however not sure about the domed glass.
Wann ist dieses Meisterstück erhältlich in Zürich an der Bahnhofstrasse?
im on the waitlist for one. =)
Nice! :)
WatchAdvisor thx! I love the black gold combo on this. This is the only colorway that really represents black bay name imo.
How did you pull that off? None of the ADs near me are taking deposits or orders.
I only put down my name, email and phone number for wait list with email confirmation of the wait list. no deposits taken.
20mm lug width I hope and thinner than the newer in house black bays
Beautiful 🤩
The first release of black bay should’ve been 39!
awesome
Should I consider it as my first luxury watch, or rather the new seamster 300m, the BB gmt or speedmaster
Speedy or this
What did you end up getting?
@@notDonaldFagen Apple Watch lol
What's the lug to lug measurement of please?
What is the Lug to Lug distance? Why do none of these watch review channels ever include that dimension; it's the most important one..
Because it is not a number Tudor has released, and these guys weren't sporting calipers at Baselworld.
Scaling the press photos gives an L2L of about 47.5mm (assuming the case is exactly 39mm wide). Could be as high as 48.5mm based on that, but I can't see it being bigger than that. So call it right around 48mm. That fits perfectly with the 41mm BB, as well, which is 50mm L2L (take a millimeter off in each direction, you get 48mm).
just a suggestion, when you do a watch review please show more than just one angle of the watch...
Thanks for watching and the feedback! We will keep an eye on it!
Looks lovely, a really great way to own an old looking watch without the hassle of an old watch. Good quality and well priced.
Kel Solaar + you don't have to pay over 5k$
3400 CHF or 3400 EUROS? Some people say in Swiss Francs, some in Euros...
I bet the 39mm will out sell the 41mm
Welp will put reservation next week. :)
Release date in store anyone please? ♨️
"July"
I feel like I've seen you in a movie
Does anyone know the exact dimensions? Lug to lug, lug width and case thickness?
39mm width.
11.9mm in height.
20mm lug width.
Lug to lug (length), I'm not certain, less than 50mm for sure, that was the lug to lug of the previous 41mm version. Probably 47 or 48mm.
Lofty nice! This definitely is better sized
It's like 47-48 lug to lug
Can you get me one please...
Way better size!
Close up of the watch would have been good. Next time.
They should have kept it at 36 or 38.
Damn you guys will always find something to bitch about🤦🏾♂️ if its not the size its the color or the material or I don’t knw what, u dont like it get a different one
There is no better way to make something seem lame then to call it "cool" over and over again. Sigh
too small
I'd choose this over the 41mm any day however the 41mm is also still available.
Dick Longmire hmmm.. even 42mm wears small on my wrist.. 43 to 45mm and I’m in :)
I have a little over 8" wrists however because this watch is a homage to the 1950's Rolex and Tudor subs which were smaller, I like this size for nastalaga. The actual width of the black bays never bothered me either way. It's the height (thickness) I don't like.
You are objectively wrong. While all the other companies are releasing 42+, who has been releasing 39-40mm sports watches? Oh yes, the most sought after brand: Rolex. Thank you, Tudor. My 7.5 inch wrist is grateful.
Trev Barlow who is wrong? And wrong about what?
Two words - 'Close' 'Up'
