I Went to a Private Sonic Concert

- On January 20th, 2024, my friend @NathanielBandy and I attended a rehearsal for the #SonicSymphony World Tour at the #WarnerTheatre in Washington D.C.
There, we were able to interview the CEO of MGP Live and the head of @VGOOnline, Shota Nakama. I decided to make a documentary about the Sonic Symphony to show some love to this amazing production, and to give the fans who may not be fortunate enough to attend the closest thing to a full experience. I hope you all enjoy.

This is an edited down version of this video. As most of you know, I would never cut down a video for the sake of presenting exclusive material for supporters on Patreon and Channel Members. I barely have enough time to make regular content as it is. The reason this video is cut from its original length is due to a request from MGP Live, the touring company that produces the Sonic Symphony World Tour. During this video, you’ll see that they allowed us to attend the rehearsal and interview members of the production. Due to their assistance in making this video possible, it was my understanding that they were not only in agreement with the production of the video, but that they would agree to have their name attached to it.
It was always intended as promotional material from a Sonic fan, endorsing the concert, to share with fellow fans around the world who wouldn’t be fortunate enough to attend the event themselves so they could get a glimpse of what the Sonic Symphony is like. However, I find myself needing to communicate to you that this is an entirely unofficial project, not partnered with MGP Live, soundtrec, or anyone associated to or involved in the production of the actual symphony or the World Tour. And though SEGA is aware of this video being made as there was originally going to be an additional interview with one of their employees, I find myself also having to tell you that this is very clearly not an official SEGA documentary, nor is it endorsed by them. This was entirely recorded by, scripted by, edited by, and ultimately produced by myself, with the assistance of Nathaniel Bandy, and the amazing members of the Sonic community that were gracious enough to assist me with supplemental footage of other performances, or other perspectives from the show I attended.
Legally, I wasn’t required to make any of these changes, nor to make this statement, as there was no contract or legal agreement binding me to anything. I did this out of goodwill, honoring the initial request they had which was to run the video by them first, neither of us realizing that it would come to this. That being said, I’ve shared some of the assets that couldn’t make it into the final video on Patreon and to Channel Members as a perk, which includes added context that I think makes the video feel more complete, additional art frames made for it. So please, if you want to help with the time lost from having to push back the publication and constant re-edits of this documentary, I ask that you at the very least consider supporting me on those platforms, since they allow me to continue making larger videos like this one. In any case, I thank you for clicking on this video at all, and giving me a little bit of your time.

You did such a good job with this video. I nearly teared up by listening to the music in the background because...man, I love Sonic music.
The one thing I'm bummed out you didn't mention was the arrangement of "Believe In Myself" in the 'melody' was actually based on it's appearance in Sonic: Before the Sequel under the title, "Flying High - For Cloudy Crowd Act 1", a Sonic FAN game. You can go and listen to it and the 30th version, and they sound almost the same. Falk (and I believe someone else too), who made the song, was credited for the arrangement, and I even spotted him in more songs at the Symphony (from the video, I've yet to actually go there in person). That was just the coolest thing to me.
Who knows, maybe one day, you can get this to be an official behind the scenes if it somehow all the songs are put onto discs as a bonus feature. Yeah, that's wishful thinking, sure, but you never know what could happen.
Please edit the subtitles, they are unsynced
This concert was so much fun to go to
I eat the cotton candy from my walls
W
It was MIND BLOWING
I said it to Charriii as well but its so awesome that you guys got to go together. Having a friend with you just makes it all the more special.
Glad to see this video was able to be made after all. I was worried reading the community posts that this video wouldn't see the light of day. Excited to see what your experience was like.
I finished watching the video, amazing. Awesome that you were able to get interviews from some of the people who worked on the event.
There's something about hearing hundreds to thousands of fans sing together that just gets me emotional, it really is mesmerising to watch and hear.
Amazing job on this video dude, can truly see just how much work and love went into it, from the interviews to the footage to everything else, it really is remarkable
THIS IS THE SHOWING I WENT TO!!! Got some seats towards the front with a friend and had an absolute blast. I didn't realize you and Nathaniel were there, though! Would've loved to have grabbed some photos with you two. Happy to hear that you two had just as much fun as I did :)
Yippee!! It’s finally here! :D
Thank you so so much again for reaching out to me about using my (technically my Dad’s) footage of the shows that I managed to go to! (The Los Angeles and San Francisco shows, for those wondering) As someone who has been watching your content for years, it’s a huge honor that you reached out to me at all, and it makes me happy that I helped contributed a small part to this behemoth of a video. But at the same time, the footage used here would have never existed without my Dad. I didn’t even ask him to record anything while we were at the shows, he was just doing it anyway. So shout-out to my Dad for unintentionally helping to archive a part of Sonic the Hedgehog history, haha.
Some notes and trivia:
(23:46) Thank you so much for including the “OOPSY SUPREMACY” clip (if you can hear it, along with my unhinged laughter afterwards) that means much to me actually lol
(24:13) Thank you for pointing this out because when this happened during the San Francisco show (as you can see in the clip) I was pretty confused. For context, I don’t recall this happening during the LA show (which was one of their first shows), so I thought that this meant that these were all new arrangements for the SF show specifically, (Calling them “three new arrangements just for you” didn’t help) but no, I can confirm that said arrangements (“Rooftop Run”, “Aquarium Park/Planet Wisp”, and the Sonic Frontiers Medley) were also played during the LA show. I also feel like mentioning that my brother was with me during the SF show but not the LA show, so when he asked me if the setlist for Act 1 was different I told him it wasn’t, and when he asked why they said that they were I just went “I don’t know.”
(38:28) So the reason why “A Ghost Pumpkin’s Soup” was performed during those shows specifically was because Halloween. Yes, really. On October 3rd, 2023 Shota Nakama tweeted about the possibility of performing that song. Tomoya Ohtani then quote retweeted saying that they definitely should perform that song at the symphony show in October for spooky season, and thus that’s what happened lol
(39:22) Your assumption on why the Superstars Main Theme was a part of Act 2 is correct. During the LA show they gave the Superstars Theme a special introduction, since Superstars was, at the time of the show’s performance, an unreleased game, and Jun Senoue was one of the special guests for the concert along with the London show. In fact, the performance of the song at the London show could be considered the “world premiere” of not just that rendition of Superstars’ Main Theme, but the theme itself. Fun fact: There is an official upload of this rendition on the official Sonic the Hedgehog CZcams channel where you can hear it in the highest quality.
(42:35) In case you didn’t know, the video used for “Undefeatable” is actually an extended version of the lyric video that the official Sonic CZcams channel uploaded as a preview for the song around the time Frontiers initially released. This makes the concert version technically the first official “full version” of that video.
(54:47) Fun fact about the Drowning Theme playing during intermission, that’s something that wasn’t in the earlier shows such as the LA one that I went to. Checking Shota Nakama’s Twitter confirms that they added it during the Chicago show.
Sorry to make this already super long comment even longer, but I must once again thank you for letting me contribute to this in such a small way, it really does mean a lot. Getting to go to not just one, but somehow two of these shows with my family were some of the best experiences of my life, and I encourage anyone who even has a mild interest in Sonic to go if you’re able to. :)
HUGE shout-outs to your dad for capturing the footage!
And honestly, having all those pieces of trivia is invaluable too!
👍👍
Ok so I read the title as private sonic school and was absolutely terrified in what it would entail
Imagine hearing city escape proformed live that would be so cool
Getting to see this live was a magical experience hearing the Reach for the Stars sent me back to when I was a kid playing sonic colours on my ds and brought a genuine tear to my eye I really hope they release some of these songs digitally like they did with the original symphony because I want to hear that song again
Saw them in Toronto! Was blown away when they started CRUSHING the crush 40 songs. I feel SO bad for anyone who missed out. It was just.... magical.
I’m actually going to one of the shows for Sonic Symphony in Salt Lake City. This definitely got me even more hyped at the show isn’t until June 😊.
- these concerts are amazing & seeing how it works behind the scenes sounds magical
- Sam absolutely nailed it with the visuals, the edits are so clean, & flow so well
- yeah, it is a shame the S3&K levels get so underrepresented, Jun's Launch Base would be AMAZING in the Orchestral
- dude, I cried when the NIGHTS theme played in the original concert
- Shota Nakama has to be the most baller name
- yeah Encores are now planned for pretty much every concert
- oh yeah Live and Learn becomes magic when you add the orchestral layer
- the fact that the Sonic music playing during the interviews wasn't your edit is amazing
Hey, that’s my footage! 38:28 54:47
Fantastic job on the documentary, it turned out even better than I expected! Thank you so much for all that you do!
38:45 It's because they were scheduled to play in both cities back in October at the time, and Halloween was around the corner.
I've been trying to put to words my feelings on this video basically since it came out. It's still not something I have quite together, but here's what I have.
I went to that same concert, and the feeling that a CZcamsr I have watched for years being there along a see me is... It was kinda overwhelming. My husband can attest I literally cried when I saw myself for that split second on the wide shot, small as I was.
This video means so much to me, and I want to thank you so very much for making it.
Man, well fucking done on this video dude.
As someone who has been part of concert band for years, it was so exciting to see your perspective of what goes on behind the scenes. There were many moments where you would describe things from your POV or say something that was hard to explain, and in my head, I would go; "Oh shit! I know exactly what he's talking about!", which was so cool. And what's even better was that sometimes you would mention things that I never knew existed. Meaning that I got to learn even more about these events.
And seeing everyone's interviews was very informative and entertaining. Your illustrations were really well done. And the overall pacing and editing of the video just felt so professional. Like I was watching a real documentary.
This has easily become my favorite video of yours ever. And I hope the reaction to it is positive because this is great. I know this has been a project of yours for a long time, and there were many snags along the way. Just know that, in my eyes at least, all your hard work paid off. Keep being awesome, Charriii!
This video along with Lythero's Silver campaign on the same day's making me wanna tear up inside.
0:19 Great, , Great, .
0:30 OH COME ON THRY SHOULD GIVE IT TOO US.
0:48 So a Remake was the 30th Anniversary game.
2:51 I *ate that image..
Glad you had such an amazing experience. So happy to see how much you’ve grown and what your able to do now. Ty for telling us about all this, sonic music is so important to us fans, the impact alone just… beautiful. 💙🌙💫
I got to see the Milwaukee show, and it was electric! SO much positive energy by the crowd and the talent! Thanks for sharing this video.
i was at the chicago show and they stated that they played a ghost’s pumpkin soup not only becus it was requested by fans but also becus it was timed around halloween (actually only a couple days before to be exact). i think they kept playing it at more shows however maybe cus it
was popular…? idrk
now at the most recent show they just added unknown from me. you love to see the knuckles rep!
I remember going to the symphony back in December where I saw the show in San Antonio. The experience was great to hear Sonic Musical history through the years. Firstly it was my very first concert I ever went to and it will always be my very first concert with my dad. I will never forget this musical experience and hopefully they do more in the future.
This is top tier professionally produced and done dude! Honestly you rocked the documentary style video ! So glad you got to have this experience!
Man..I am so happy to be a Sonic fan, and I am so proud to be in this fan community. I know a long time ago saying you were proud to be a Sonic fan almost carried this negative connotation on the internet, but ever since I was a kid this fandom has always been the most welcoming and accepting fandom I’ve ever been in, way more than series that were for “adults” like Star Wars or Marvel. I have always loved how passionate this fandom is and I am so happy we get to have amazing things like this symphony and amazing games and great CZcamsrs like you Charriii, I can’t wait to see what’s in store for all of us in the future.❤️
My Dad and I went to go see the one in Atlanta, Georgia and both me and him had a blast. I love hearing the music from the Orchestra as well as the Live Music too. This was my Dad and mine first Video Game Concert and we enjoyed it and I highly recommend every Sonic fan a chance to see it if they can too.
Man, this was such a joy to watch.
The interviews might've been my favorite part, because like you said, these people are so down to earth, who have this same passion for Sonic that we do and it makes the symphony just that much more impactful knowing what the people are like behind this. I couldn't help but smile whenever Shoto would talk about the him realizing how much Sonic's music impacts us all, or when Sam would talk about the editing process.
I pray to GOD I'll attend one of these myself some day, (if I can afford that,) but until then, thanks for giving us such an in-depth experience.
I went to the Kansas city one and it was my first concert I have Autism and sensory issues with sound and touch. I never thought it was possible for me to go to one. It was amazing singing along in the crowd just the energy. Everything a new character came on or a song was revealed everyone cheered with all they had. Due to it being half orchestra I got less overwhelmed it was just an amazing time.
Its so awesome that you and Nathan got to go together. This is something that should be shared with friends. I looked up the setlist and just ran over to find the encore video in full because I just HAD to hear it. Legit made me cry. Everyone singing along together....it brought me back to the first time I beat the game, I dont think Ive had a more accomplished feeling when completing a game than with that game. It took me years to get good enough to do it...and when I did...boy it was magical. I dont think I can say it any better than you did yourself. I can even tell how much you and Nathan were getting into it as the camera started to shake a little :3 Theres also something to be said about the validation this gives to so many of us who grew up when video games were a niche interest, you had to go out of your way to find merch for them, and you were made fun of by everyone around you for "wasting time" with them. Then as we got older we found friends who were like us, and as the years went on and the internet grew, we came together and formed these communities and now...video games are a mainstream interest and we can find things for them everywhere! People celebrate them and make beautiful art like this for them. Its no longer a niche interest...and this show and shows like these are proof of that. Im so grateful for it as I no longer feel like an outcast for it, and I feel so much comradery with people who will literally cry over a video game with me. I love all of you.
I went to the one at Montreal and honestly, it was a blast. Never have I experienced something like that. If they ever do another world tour for another Sonic’s anniversary, I’ll buy my ticket day 1.
I wish I could experience this first-hand, but I couldn’t.
Everywhere I go I always find ya in the comments
Everywhere I go I find ya in the comments lol
I'm literally going in a day dude, I'm beyond hyped. Glad you got to do this man.
Honestly, I would love to see more stuff like this from you. The art, commentary both from you and the people you talked with, everything was all amazing. Really nice video👏👏👏
It was amazing to experience this concert in London back last year, and I hope i can go back to it and experience the changes again. Though I will say, when you say at 20:25 that Sky Sanctuary switches to a version that is based on the "modern version" from sonic generations that is unlikely to be the case. besides showing generations gameplay (which they also do for frontiers) there is nothing in the arrangement that's derived from Sky Sanctuary: Act2. Also worth noting that the arrangement of Believe in Myself is based on the arrangement used in Cloudy Crowd Act 1 of the fangame Sonic Before the Sequel, as both are arranged by Falk Au Yeong
Also worth mentioning the intro to Escape from the City was played at the UK S.A.M.E. concert back in 2019, but the orchestra was added on the 30th Aniv symphony
ITS OUT YAY
Such an informative and fun video to watch! I swear there's something about how you explain things in these video essay type videos that makes them always engaging. Like, you manage to cram so much information in there, but it never gets overwhelming, at least to me. Needless to say, I LOOOOOOVE these kinds of videos, and I really hope you manage to keep making them, in the midst of the Rewritten videos and the last of the Everything Wrong Withs
was not what I expected when I clicked on this! Glad that I did though, great video.
I was at the Atlanta showing for this! The first part was fantastic, loved every arrangement, and knowing the context about the accompanying footage now makes me appreciate it so much more. After the intermission, when I Am (All Of Me) kicked in, I remember losing my goddamn mind. I had no idea it was going to be part rock concert at all. I was screaming and singing with every song I could, in retrospect I really hope I didn't ruin anyone's night, but I couldn't have calmed myself if I wanted to. My favorite part was during Reach For The Stars, funny enough one of my less favorite vocal themes. During the latter half, the folks in the top section of the amphitheater had their phone flashes on, and the singer shouted us out after the song wrapped up. That could've happened at every show, same way they played all of the new arrangements at every show, but it was such a magical moment being there taking part in it. I've been to a couple rock shows before this (one of them Bowling For Soup, funny enough), and I've played some orchestral concerts myself, but this was my first real concert experience. I am so grateful for that.
The day that I heard that a Sonic Symphony concert was in DC and it was only a half hour drive away from where I lived, I just knew that I had to go. And I did go and I loved it.
Nice to hear from the symphony people. Great video as always charri5.
That's amazing that you were able to get that opportunity. I enjoyed the few scenes with your artwork depicting yourself, Nathaniel, or anyone who was around you; I thought it was fun seeing that. I wish I could've been able to see the concert myself. This was an awesome video.
1:00:04 I had a chance to see it myself (chance being an operative word here). My friend (who knows good and well that I am a Sonic fan) showed me a photo of a an advertisement for it in my area not too long from the day they sent it. I immediately went to see the seats available for the concert and there were ones for me to take (not exactly the cheapest but money I was willing to give for Sonic) I realized I couldn't though because of prior engagements I had at that time. I wasn't really super bummed, but part of me felt like it sucked that I was missing out on going to see a celebration of Sonic music, stuff that I literally had in the background before I clicked on this video. I am super glad you shared your experience today, even if the rehearsal wouldn't have ever been my concert, it was still super interesting to watch the practice for the real deal, learn about some of the differences and additions from the original livestream and see interviews with people very passionate about this work and what it would mean to a fan like me. This was a fantastic video to watch and I'm happy you were able to get it out for people to see.
I went to the showing that was in Portland OR a few weeks ago, and I find it wholesome that all of us got up and sang the lyrics of the most well-known songs. (Especially City Escape and Live & Learn)
I went to the Symphony in LA with my mom for my birthday and it was probably the best concert of my life
Man, I wish I could experience one of these live. I got so hyped during the 30th when I Am All of Me and Live & Learn started playing.
This must have been so much fun! Congrats on the documentary and getting to meet all these people! :D
Very cool documentary! Keep up the good work!
Shadow the Hedgehog time.
*delicately plays Emerald Hill from Sonic 2*.
I went to the first show in London and it was one of the most magical experiences of my life.
Man i hope I'll be able to catch the next one whenever it is
38:28 They played A Ghost's Pumpkin Soup in Boston and Chicago because it was Halloween month.
I've watched the show on 3 separate occasions, and it never gets old :)
Chicago and Milwuakee in-person (did catch a glimpse of Jackbotnik) and the PPV of the Tokyo show. And apparently this caught the attention of MGP Live, to the point where they DM'd on Instagram telling me I'm Way Past Cool 😊
This is so cool and I'm really happy that you had this experience as a fan!
this was very intresting to learn about. Good job. Can't wait to see more original stuff.
This video was so cool, I loved seeing all the cool stuff from something that I, living in the middle of nowhere, couldn’t really attend. Love your videos Charriii, no matter what.
I really like the art for this video, I hope it appears more often. Don't stress yourself though!
So, I got to go to the San Antonio showing with my dad and my (at the time) 8 year old nephew. My dad knew about Sonic but never really played any of the games except for the first on the Wii’s Virtual Console. My nephew is new to Sonic with his first few Sonic games being Forces, Frontiers, Origins, and Superstars (I did have him play through some levels in Adventure 2 and he loved it) I, however, am a massive Sonic fan, and I probably don’t go a day without listening to at least one Sonic song, so needless to say I was really excited for it. The three of us dressed up in formal suits with these cool light up ties (I’m actually pretty sure the lead singer during Act 2 addressed us at one point during the show) To say the show was amazing was an understatement. It was a once in a life time experience I can’t replace with anything else. There were two things that were disappointing, though. One was that, as far as I’m aware, we didn’t have any special guests. We didn’t have Crush 40, we didn’t have Casey Lee Williams, we just kinda had a basic, but still amazing, set. The other thing was Act 2 got loud. Even though we were towards the back of the theater, it was very loud, which was fine for me but not my nephew. By the time we got to His World, he was in tears because of how loud it was. My dad had to step out with him for a while, which sucked because while I was still enjoying the songs they were playing, my nephew nor dad could enjoy them with me. That was, until, they came back for round 2 with t-shirts. My nephew had his as muffles for his ears, so he could listen to the music without issue, and he didn’t have any for the rest of the show. However, he removed it when both Undefeatable (his favorite song from Frontiers) and Break Through It All (which is my favorite Frontiers song) came on. Then, when City Escape played, can’t lie, shed a few tears. It was just beautiful to be in that moment and listening to one of my favorite songs ever. Then Live and Learn played, and honestly there’s not much to say about it that hasn’t already been said. I still listen to it often, it’s just incredible. Overall, had a fantastic experience with the world tour, I just wish San Antonio got something special with it like others, but it’s not like the experience was made worse by it.
This was so awesome to read. Thank you so much for sharing your experience!
I’m glad for this video to come to fruition! Also, I’m not a big Sonic fan, as I’ve only played a few Sonic games overall, but I can appreciate some aspects of the Sonic franchise. And Sonic music is usually really superb!
I can't wait for Somic the Hedgehog 3!
I didn’t know you were in Cleveland Ohio recently. I live an hour away from Cleveland. I wish I could’ve met you there. I will be at the Sonic symphony concert in Cleveland on the 20th, so I’m so excited for that! I’m glad that you had fun, and got to show us a behind the scenes look at how the symphony works.
I wish Sega makes like an updated version of the anniversary album. One that includes most of the songs from other tours. Songs like Never turn back missing is really sad and I need to hear Johnny with a full orchestra for it after the Live! And 2N2R albums, also hearing a live audience singing would be so awesome..
That was the concert right before the one I went to. It’s pretty cool.
I was lucky to see it in Boston! Fantastic experience. The knuckles rap was a great surprise, yes, and Johnny’s vocals were fantastic. Live and Learn was something special.
Had to comment once more to say that the fact that Tetra is a channel member is so wholesome to me
I attended the one at Seattle from a bday gift from my gf. It was an absolute blast. Everyone on stage was super high energy and there was a metal band that came out for some of the modern songs in the second half. Jen senoue was there too. What a banger
I loved this concert I went to the San Antonio one and it was amazing
oh my god why does this video only have 16k views it need way way way more
Honestly i wish they play seven rings in hand, doomsday zone theme, and death egg robot theme in future concerts.
I really wish I'd step it up, and go to one of these. I'm sure I'd meet so many people and have a blast.
Maybe...
I just hope they come to Chile! A lot of people went to see Johnny Gioelli when crush 40 came last february that i can't imagine the amount of sonic fans than will unite just to enjoy this concert and it would be a dream for me
This was the showing I went to!! 🥹 It was so much fun! The Orchestra made me tear up, Casey, and hearing everyone sing along too was amazing!
"I hate being a nuisance" You're so real Charriii but it's so cool you got the opportunity to see the rehearsal for such an amazing show
I really wanted to go to the Chicago show but I ended up chickening out and didn’t want to. Good thing I guess cause Johnny wasn’t there cause he ended up getting sick and seeing him preform live was the big reason I wanted to go.
I went to the Chicago concert and it was so awesome
I'm not in a position to be able to financially contribute rn but here's a comment for the algorithm. Sorry this video ended up being such a hassle! Glad you were able to ultimately release it in some capacity. Very cool to see, thanks for sharing with us!
Thank you so much for the interaction; it really helps more than you know. 🙏
Yo the fact that you got to talk to such crucial and influential people must have been an unforgettable experience
GIVE US THIS AGAIN!!! I WANT TO DO IT AGAIN!!!
Wow, luckily thanks for showing us though
Here's a thought PLEASE RELEASE ACTUAL LIVE TRACKS FOR US TO LISTEN TO ON SPOTIFY!!!!!!
Point to Soundcloud. Some of the tracks played in the World Tour are on there.
@@boydixonentertainment I found it I hope endless possibilities and live and learn get uploaded
Aweome video. Hope it does well
I wish I could have gone, but I'm glad that other people got to enjoy this.
This was by far the best concert I've ever been to thank you Sega
I'll never forget my experience with this concert, it was totally worth the 4hr drive from home.
I WENT TO THIS TOOOO
I think A Ghost's Pumpkin Soup were only at those two shows as they were during October and thus celebrating Halloween.
32:24 speaking on this at the show in Milwaukee on April 7th during live and learn the lead singers started singing the but you can save your sorrows while the crowd sung the actual lyrics but you can hardly swallow, which was funny to me, because but you can save your sorrow, is the second one not the first I just found it funny because we straight up interrupted them
You and me both mate distraction
Pusieron a Splash Hill Zone 🗣️🔥⁉️💯🔊?!?!
YEAH!!!!
I know you're probably not gonna do it,but I kinda want a EWW video for Ghost trick: Phantom detective
34:49 OO OOO THATS ME THATS ME IM ON OF THEM!
ngl his world is my favorite song of all time
A private Sonic concert you say?, well this is interesting
I still have no idea why Johnny Gioeli hasn't actually sung Escape From The City yet. He'd do an amazing job at it, but he's never actually sang the song yet.
I'm surprised the Sonic franchise never went Dutch in the Netherlands, even though the series are litterally over the same age as Mario was when Super Mario 3D Land came out *with* a Dutch dub.

cool
I wanted to go to the Symphony but... 1. I would have had school on that day 2. They canceled it in germany in the end :( I live in Berlin but it would've been in my home town Düsseldorf.
