Everyone who is thinking about starting this workout I'M TELLING YOU TO DO IT cause it is soooo good, i am so thankful i did this workout for a month it REALLY changed my body, people now notice it and they compliment me, i am so happy, ik it is hard sometimes but it was DEFINITELY WORTH IT!! I wasn't on a calorie deficit i just didn't take sugar, sodas, chocolate, junk food, drank 2 litres a day and tried avoiding bread. I am so so happy, my stomach and thighs got noticeably smaller, first 10 days was rough for me i was sweating so much but now i enjoy working out its like a habit, it got easier and easier at time, so what i want to say is that i REALLY REALLY recommend this workout, it did actually worked, so THANK YOU SO MUCH MADELEINE YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

Day 1: ✅️ it burnt a Lil
Day 2: ✅️ I really felt the burn in my hips,inner thighs and lower belly.
Day 3: ✅️ I felt a bit burn and my whole body was sweating
Day 4: ✅️ It was way easier and i fult the burn
Day 5: ✅️ It was so easy I didn't even take a break! Later today I'm getting a belly piercing so I sadly cannot continue exercising, I wish I could

7.Day:✅My 7th day was great. I even did another account's 5 minute pilates in addition to this video.
8.Day:✅It was great. I'm having so much fun with this Pilates program. I don't know about others, but I'm having so much fun. 😊♥️
9.Day:✅Since July 22, I have been doing Pilates every day continuously.
10.Day:✅It was very relaxing. I will also do pilates with a 5 minute video.

12.Day:✅It was so relaxing and fun that I didn't even know when it was over. When Madeleine said goodbye at the end of the video, I realized that the video was over. 🤣 But it was a long supper 👍🏻. I'm proud of both myself and those who started with me for coming this far 🤗

Day 2: ✔️ I SWEAR IT KILLED ME. day 2 was 40 minutes 😭😭 i was crying, shivering dying. And i couldn't even finish the last 5 minutes. But its alright.

I just started today, and the amount of times I just felt like breaking down and crying is insane. I skipped about 2 exercises, but I’m glad to have completed and finish the workout🥹. I will definitely try to continue and keep doing Pilates workouts for a month, or more until I reach my goal. Wish me luck!💗

I LOVE THIS! I tend to find super loud workout music obnoxious. This calming music helps me focus on my breath and on my muscles. THANK YOU!!!
Agreed! Exercise in general causes me a bit of anxiety due to the discomfort, but somehow this music allowed me to embrace the burn!

Okay so I’ve been doing this workout for two weeks now! (I have not been working out at all prior to this except for running around at my job). I have worked out in the past and built muscle from then, but I haven’t been working out much within the last year. I can say confidently that out of all the workouts I’ve done, hiit regular at home workouts, dance workouts, weight lifting at the gym, etc, this is probably one of my favorite workouts! I can feel my muscles working so much and I love that I don’t feel like I’m gonna throw up or have a heart attack or something after it. I have exercised induced asthma, so cardio is pretty hard for me. This form of working out, the slow burn is SO helpful. What a game changer honestly! And I have seen what I consider to be pretty great results within the last two weeks! I hadn’t weighed myself previously but I’m generally around 185-7 lbs. My body has noticeably cut in a lot (in the mid section, my legs are much more toned, and I fit into my clothes better). It also just makes me feel so energized. I’ve literally only been doing this 10 minute workout for the last two weeks as well. I haven’t even started the actual plan because I wanted to be able to accomplish the 30 day workout and not give up because I hadn’t worked out in so long.

I started today. I plan to come back here everyday to keep a track. Day 1 was low intensity but that motivates you to come back tomorrow for sure. I didn't have ankle weights, so for the first month i will keep it without weights.
I started Day 2, and when I was about 12 minutes into the workout, I had run for an emergency. I was quite excited about Day 2 as it was a 40 mins workout, and I was mentally preparing myself. I hope to continue it from the part I left today. Day 2 makes you feel the burn, and sweat. I hope to continue tomorrow though. Wish me luck so that I can finish the 1 month challenge.

I just finished Day 2 from top to bottom, and oh boy, did it burn!!! I faltered in few of the exercises because my wrists were sore, that's because I haven't worked out for years. But I pushed myself to finish whatever I could without being too harsh on my body. I feel so refreshed, now that I completed 40 mins of workout of Day 2. I am already excited for tomorrow.
Just finished day 2,oh lord my legs and arms are not made for this. Amount of times I paused the video, I skipped like 5 exercises becz my entire body was shaking and it’s still shaking… ughhh I hate myself anyways excited for tmr… good luck everyone❤❤

This is the second time im starting the month plan and I realized how easier the workouts are. Ive lost 20 lbs so far thanks to these workouts and changing my diet. I always hated working out but after doing this plan, its made me enjoy it. Something I thought I'd never say. Im actually seeing my body being more toned. Thank you sm Madeleine!

started it today, before I do it I thought it would be so easy to go through all of the workouts, BUT GIRL, HEAR ME. I just finished it and I can't even move my leg!!! LOVED IT!! can't wait for tomorrow's workout.
Starting with this workout today. I'll be updating y'all how it goes everyday.
Weight-72.55 kgs
Day 1: ✅ took 2 breaks mid-workout and felt a good burn in my thighs. Excited for tomorrow's workout!
Day 2: ✅ Today's workout made me realize how unfit I am 😪 but I'm still proud of myself for completing it. It took me 1 hour and 40 minutes, with numerous breaks. My wrists are sore, my legs are shaking, and I think I might have sprained my shoulders. Nevertheless, I believe it was all worth it. I'll need to be more careful from tomorrow onwards. Will come back tomorrow 🙋♀️
Day 3: ✅ Today's workout went by quickly. I took one small break, but it was definitely easier than yesterday's. 🥰
Day 4: ✅ I love workouts that doesn't require any pressure on the wrists. Today's workout felt really good and relatively easy. I only took one break, and that was when there were just two exercises left. Unfortunately, I couldn't complete the final exercise entirely, and I could feel my core muscles shaking. Despite that, I managed to push through.
Day 5: ✅ I was feeling really tired today but still wanted to do today's workout. I started with really low intensity but was pushing myself hard at the end. I feel really proud of myself today for not stopping mid exercises. I took 3 breaks today but it'll get better ig. 🥰 Also I couldn't see any noticeable changes but I lost 2 cm from thighs so I can see some progress there but it has been just 5 days so let's see.
Day 6: took a break today
Day 7 (Day 6): ✅ Today's workout was light but challenging for me because I'm not very flexible. Nonetheless, I made an effort to try the stretching techniques.
Day 8: couldn’t do today’s workout as I had some work to complete 😢
Day 9: skipped it again today 😭
Day 10: skipped it today also and I don’t think I’ll be able to do it for 4-5 days more. Will update here when I start again.
Starting again from day 7 today
Day 7: It felt comparatively fresh and was easier to do as I wasn’t tired or in pain from previous days. I still took 2 breaks. Updating about my progress, I don’t see any change in my weight but I can definitely see an hourglass shape in my body. 🥳😁🥰

I have abbs now, they are not as visible as I want them to be, maybe because of my sugary diet, that I wil change from next month🎀💕

-day 1: it was easyyyyyyyyyy. like honestly the easiest home workout ever. maybe because she didnt want to overwhelm the first time people but the 11 mins passed rly quick. i never looked at the clock once thinking "ugh when will this end?
-day 2: guys just do it. 40 mins look a lot but it passed by fine. i skipped 3 of the final full body exercises. my hands were hurting. i didnt feel the ab exercises as much in my abs as i felt them in my glutes. they were SHAKING. even after the workout ended, the only things that hurt are my glutes. idk if im doing this wrong?
-day 3: okay i was kinda critical for the first 10 mins ngl because i wasnt feeling any burn (i was a hiit girlie. this is my first time w pilates) the last 8 mins HUMBLED me. it was fun tho.
-day 4: i have always been an abs girlie but i died today. i actually felt a heart attack coming mid workout. someone said they looked snatched already at day 4 and im not one of those people. we keep going though. tmrw is arms. pray for me
-day 5: eh wasnt that bad tbh. i felt my arms burn only in the last 3 exercises. rest i felt just in my glutes and the downward-dog-to-bent-knees-to-plank in my thighs.
-day 6: i loveeeee stretching vids sm. i'll be honest guys. i dont think its working out. maybe im too stiff for pilates or smth. i never feel the burn in the target areas required. i'll still try to finish it in sha allah
-day 8: i made a mistake and did day 8's workout instead of day 7 🥲 will do it tmrw in sha allah. i take back wtv i said abt not feeling the burn because i felt it all today. my glutes and back were on fireee. it felt super nice though. love the satisfying afterburn feeling when ur done w a good workout
-day 7: lol absolutely skimmed through this workout 😭🙏🏽 im sorry my body hurts esp the upper thighs and also my arms. i will make up for it w crunches, side crunches and russian twists though to work out my abs
-day 9: her downward dog is like chloe ting's up and down planks. you keep finding that one exercise in every video. it was a good burn. i skipped two exercises which needed me to do stuff w only one hand and i have weak arms. the burn was okayish good i'd say
-day 10: the stretching part felt good. the workout part felt repetitive
-day 11: i did smth different today. instead of following her routine of doing one leg's workout first, i kept doing both legs alternatively. earlier my arms and hips used to get tired after just one leg and i half-assed my way through the second one. i did both easily today
-day 12: lol its currently 12:42 AM of day 13. i had a busy day but i decided to do it nevertheless and im glad. fave day so far. it was sm fun

This was great! I loved how it was not edited and Felt so authentic. Just little things like adjusting your tablet Made me feel so connected to you. Others try to make their videos perfect with editing and timing but then for me it is too perfect and i feeli could never be like this. This was Just amazing.

To be truthful I haven't done any proper exercise in YEARSS!! my only source of exercise was walking, and playing sports like badminton etc. So from 2024 I really wanted to get into exercise and tone my body. I'v been seeing Pilates all over my socials and everyone seems to love it so I'm giving it a try. Commenting here so that I do not leave this halfway.
Day 1: My whole body was SHAKINGGGG. I know this was a breezy one for most but as someone who hasn’t exercised in a long time…I was burninggg. But it felt so rewarding when I finished it. Definitely feel a little weak in the knees and I lovee it!

@janeandreeva9073 well, I really tried do stay consistent and stuff but honestly i didn't notice any results at all 😅 atm Im trying it again this time alongside with some cardio workouts and also a calorie deficit and the results are wayyy better!! So if you think of starting you gotta do some sort of diet and additional exercises 💞💞
