- A quick and simple guide to obtaining an aesthetic physique. If I were just beginning, I would use this same exact process to becoming aesthetic and becoming a better version of myself. DISCLAIMER, just because you get ripped, and aesthetic doesn't mean you will have all the confidence in the world. For forearms do a sport that involve gripping like Judo, rock climbing, bouldering or do hammer curls, dead hangs, farmer carries, or use fat gripz, or you could implement kettlebells, or finger push-ups, tower pull ups

How many exercises would you suggest doing for each muscle group each session? And how much should I rest between sets and between exercises? Love your videos keep it up 💪💪
I would say 1-2 good exercises is good for each muscle and you should rest from 30 seconds to 1 and a half minutes between sets and maybe like 2-3 minutes between exercises depending on the intensity

You can grab some weight in a bag and do some lateral raises. There is a body weight lateral raise you can look up works pretty well 💪🔥

Callisthenics look fun and way cooler. I absolutely would prefer that. Definitely sth I would enjoy doing. But probably not fits my situation. I kinda too big n fat to do it.
Bro if you work on losing the weight you can do it as well. You just really have to focus in on your diet and staying consistent and it will happen sooner than you think 🔥
