    i run alot and after a while you get used to the dogs lol most are just wanting to play so unless they show their teeth or growl dont sweat it

      Eating less is a part of losing weight, especially extreme weight loss. I know people who've lost tons of weight by fasting or reducing calories. I've even fasted when I was 17 and lost 35 pounds in my first two months. The method is to do it in moderation/safely, like with vitamins and electrolytes. Though, I don't recommend for minors to do it as that's the time where you really need to eat.

    14 lap in that park is 6.16km not 10km 0.44 X 14= 6.16...... and anyway this challenge isnt realistic at all cus u cant do it every day and not fuck up your body you dont have instant recovery and if someone wants to try it and stick to it he should start with doing as much pushups/sit ups and squats in a row and run as much as he can but calculate it of course and repeat it the next day but if hes too sore he can just wait till the soreness is nearly gone and get back at it till your body gets used to it and then u can do it almost every single day and your numbers of reps will increase and the distance you run 2
