    Ive been stuck on 15-16 pullups for about a month now. Im gonna try to incorporate some weighted pull ups into my routine now. thank you

      i have same same issue, it just gets hard to progressively overload the pullups to a certain extent

    Hey bro, I can't do a pull up, I'm soo close to a chin up, I don't have a bar to pull up on so I use a tree, is slightly using my foot to decrease my weight ok? Cus I'd do like three chin ups or 8 inverted rows (Australian pushups) to failure, will this increase my pull up? (or make me able to do just one) lol

    What about doing weighted negatives pullups inorder to increase the reps.
    I can only do 2 normal pullups as of now

      You are probably better off getting more reps in, you don’t want to overdue it and injure yourself but light weight could work.

    Do you only workout calisthenics at home or do you also go to the gym?

      I use to do be in sports went to gym inconsistently and then switched to calisthenics 8 months into it
