indian here , unfortunately we don't have many parks here that support calisthenic exercises , rarely. Referring to Australia pull ups you mentioned , but when you used your desk / table to prove we dont necessarily need a park , I was delighted. Great video , definitely earned a sub
Thank you. Most of the videos just have unnecessary talk.
Simple and straight to the point , thanks
I appreciate that you’re showing places that anyone has access to
this
guy is actually helpful most calisthenics people just say practice and get better than link there course but this man tells us what we need to do cool moves and what workouts we can do to achieve them
inspirational man well done!!!
Thank u my man ❤❤❤❤
I like your vibe. keep it simple and direct. excellent work!
Always great content! Thanks for sharing
Very helpful info. Thx!
Another youtuber, K Boges, discussed a variation of the pistol squat that I hadn't seen before. I spent about 4 weeks using what he said in the video and i went from only being able to pistol squat my right leg to being able to do both legs for 3 reps. I've had an interest in Calisthenics for years but lacked maturity and discipline to commit to it the way I am now and I must say it's truly wonderful seeing people like you explaining content so clearly, can't wait to see how far you go man
update! seeing any progress physically ?
@@kxr_sWhy not do it yourself?
LOLLLLL im 11 and i bave do 4 pistol squats on each leg
@@TYTY_xxxxwhat a flex kid, try learning to be humble beacuse some dont start from where you might have .
@@RyomenRishabxgarou maybe dont be jealous bc i wasnt flexing? anyway have a good day!

Just trying to get into calisthenics and this was a 10/10 guide
Good video bro💯
Loveee the video
Bro TBH this is the best guide on the youtube about calisthenics you explained it very well and i have that question that "SHOULD I WORK A SKILL BEFORE NY WORKOUT OR AFTER MY WORKOUT AND THE SECOND QUESTION IS ABOUT THE REP RANGE AND SETS” and finally you explained it at the end bery well thanks mate!🧸🧡
Thanks you taught me something new today therefore this video helped me.
thanks man...I just started my training yesterday
good job man
Thank you bro
I recommend everyone to warmup. When I did some basic Calistehnics stuff, I have never warmed up and injured my ellbow, which caused popping and cracking in it when doing a pushup
thanks good shit bro
Hey thankyou so much man for a great explainer guide for a complete beginneer. I was so confused with all the videos around as they were just directly assuming that the viewer is atleast a gym person or someone who does workout daily or has knowledge of excercises.
Thanks from INDIA 🇮🇳

Of course a pick me girl is in the comment section
@@chrisp1434 So I'm a pick me for wanting to try this fitness routine out? Be for real😂
Thank you for pointing out the leg workouts, even though I know some of them but didn’t realize.
Also, for the calves, jogging helps the calves.

I'm so interested in calisthenics but I don't know how to start. Thanks to this video.
Thank you .
Criminally underrated
need more people liket his guy.
this guy is a calisthatics genius
Thank you
Thank you bro ❤😢
Thanks for stressing on the importance of warmup!
thnx bro
i got those same paralletes!~ love them.. .1.5 inch wooden bars
What i noticed is that there are many people that recommend stuff to beginners that simple don't work.
Like lying on your back and lifting the legs up straight.
My legs are too heavy atm it just tips over.
After at least 20 y of zero sports i started with simply 5 pushups every full hour (better form>more). Did that for 2 days, rested yesterday and today i magically was able to hold good form and go all the way down. Big W moment :)
The progress feels really quick, didn't expect that.
Imagine if you had started just one year ago where you'd be.
You da boiiiii
Now I'm starting calisthenics workout
Thanks
Good exeplantion
Tysmmmmmmm
Thanks b ro fro making this video
thanks
Bruh when u wanted to start at a wednesday😂
You get like , you get subscriber . Congratulations !
Ill check your plan once i have some money. I honestly wanna learn how to handstand.
Wall-assisted chest to wall handstand and practise getting into a free handstand from there
Thank you for the video, its really enlighten me. I'm 49 y/o, have AR and gerd .. start calisthenics about 1,5 months ago whit no experience.. I can't do pull up nor push up, Just hanging for 3 second and my hand was shaking after that 😅 .. but now only in short time I can lift up my shoulder a little bit and hanging for 10 counts whit no shaking hand.. and I feel great, my muscle starting to show up a little bit too but this really great since I never had muscle since I was young..
Oh I forgot to tell.. since I have AR, I'm avoiding longtime and many reps excercise .. I'm Just doing push up, pull up, squat, and abs work maks 3-5 count each, and I do it at least 3 time a Day (morning, evening, and about 1 hour before sleep) to avoiding muscle inflamation
Good luck
I fucking love you
Bro's trusted his chair more than any people in his life. 😂
the videos is really helpful and amazing, can you please give a workout plan for beginner in calisthenics like how many reps of particular exercise like pushups and all the other exercise i know like its hard to give a estimate as such it depends on beginner but it will give a target to achieve.
believe me, THIS IS THE ONLY GUIDE U ALL NEED!♡
I saw the chair move and got nervous for you 😂 3:50
