Yo bro no hate but you did these things wrong in this challenge
1) 1 week is too little to make any progress for an athlete of your calibre
2) You should have rested more before the testing day, atleast 2 days of rest
Hope you'll retry this challenge but with a 1 month time limit
Fire 🔥 I loved the part where you showed compassion at the end
I think you would have hit 250 if you didn't try 255 before.
100%
Sure
Keep up the grind bro there was fs some improvement, besides a week is just a specific goal, within a couple more you could fs do 250 👍🔥
Great video, bro 👏
Once u hit ur pr urbody needs 10days or 11days to recover from the heavy lift and with proper recovery and some training u can increase ur pr with ease - Eddie the strongman
I have been doing calisthenics for 1 month and it helps me to do more push ups

Hey bro i have a question i am very skinny so what should I wear in gyms? (Sorry for bad English)
@Cobrastenics why don't you upload full videos more offten
To be fair you can increase your bench with calisthenics if you do weighted calisthenics especially when it comes to shoulder strength and forearm strength
Pog
The question draws you in keep using that technique.
I don't mean to be rude but one day of rest after 6 days of max effort isn't enough time to heal and grow fully but don't listen to me I don't take rest days and I also don't do max effort every day
