Just remember guys, if you’re still 18 and younger don’t ever consider eating less or cutting. You’re still growing and need food to grow
Eating less is a part of losing weight, especially extreme weight loss. I know people who've lost tons of weight by fasting or reducing calories. I've even fasted when I was 17 and lost 35 pounds in my first two months.
The method is to do it in moderation/safely, like with vitamins and electrolytes. Though, I don't recommend for minors to do it as that's the time where you really need to eat.

Just started doing calisthenics 2 months ago and you have helped me a lot with everything i needed to do. The only thing im worried about is the calorie deficit because i heard it might affect the growth or something like that.
Don’t calories deficit if not fully grown adult or else it will reduce height and muscle growth

that is why I have only 4 packs I did this workout for 5 months with 1000 calories deficit and I ain't getting 6 packs so the 6 pack glitch was fixed by the devs

1 can of tuna is 36 grams protein 180 calories I eat tuna in a sandwich with whole grain bread 40 calories 5 protein 2 slices 80 calories total 260 calories 46 protein and that's a little snack not even a meal for a normal breakfast eggs and ham egg 6x3=18 grams of protein and 200 calories 1 slice of turkey ham 35 calorie 7 protein 25 gram of protein 245 calories 71 grams of protein with 510 calories and than eat some lean meat I like round top beef will def get u that protein and u still got like 900-800 calories to eat wtv

when you are young your abs are still developing, make sure you are eating around your maintenance and don’t cut too many calories. just stay active and keep up your workouts and you should see your abs coming in somewhere later in your teen years depending on your genetics.
