I was intrigued to watch this video but 5 minutes in there were 3 commercials and endless supplement promotion. Maybe you can dial it back just a bit so its at least watchable.
Just did 1.5mile in
When you get that used to running long distances, cycling and swimming, perhaps doing doubles, the lift is the easiest part of the day.
I thought I was going to watch a full day of eating. Instead got a supplement commercial with a Dollar Shave Club commercial thrown in there.
Your struggles with food and your eating disorder is exactly how I feel! I am so glad I found your channel. I suffered from bulimia and tracked everything and now I'm in a good place to eat well and crave the healthy fuel I need for my runs ❤
Just ran my fastest mile
Man I’ve been following you for about 5 years now. Can’t believe how much you have grown on CZcams and your professional life. Keep it up bro!
I've been waiting for this moment! Congrats on a well deserved 500k subscribers, Nick. Superior content and work ethic and determination out of this world.
Thanks for making this. I was a marathon runner who got into crossfit during a hip injury/surgery and am now getting back into racing with a 70.3 half Ironman coming up. It’s great to hear your story about maintaining your strength training during intense endurance workouts. Thanks for the videos! Love it! GOM!
Just ran a
Been following your journey for years now. What an awesome transition. Best of luck.
Friggin love these vlogs man. Nick’s videos always motivate me to put the work in... 😤
Perfect timing, I was almost going to postpone my run (10k 😩) till "later" but this got me ready to fly out the door! Thanks Nick 👊🏽

Sunday dinner is actually a specific meal here in the UK. Sounded kinda funny hearing nick say it and then cook steak 😂
Love your story and content so much. As an entrepreneur reigniting my fitness journey you've really inspired me to push myself to the next level. Only been following for a few weeks but I'm going harder than ever before. Three months ago I smoked a pack a day and didn't do any cardio, today I'm nicotine free and ran my first 10k this weekend. Working up to daily runs and getting longer slowly but surely. Locked into 100 pushups + 50 pullups a day as of a week now. You've become a key piece of the inspiration behind my current drive. Stronger and faster every day. Keep rockin!
I'm glad I found this. I am a lifter and am training for a half marathon. Don't want to lose a lot of size and strength.
Been watching you since you made your day in the life of an infantry platoon commander and now I’m seeing your ads on my snap. Proud of you my man
Before run: coffee + one of his supps.
