Stuff we use:
LENS - Most people ask us what camera we use, no one ever asks about the lens which filmmakers always tell us is more important. This lens was a big investment for us and one we wish we could have made sooner. Started using this lens at the end of 2013 - amzn.to/2tbtmOq
AUDIO
Rode VideoMic Pro - The Rode mic helps us capture our backup audio. It also helps us sync up our audio in post amzn.to/2t1n2hx
Audio Recorder - If we had to do it all over again, this is probably the first item we would have bought - amzn.to/2tbFlM9
LIGHTS - Although we like to use as much natural light as we can, we often enhance the lighting with this small portable light. We have two of them and they have saved us a number of times - amzn.to/2u5UnHv
COMPUTER - Our favorite computer, we each have one and have used various models since 2010 - amzn.to/2t1M67Z
EDITING - We upgraded our editing suite this year and we’re glad we did! This has improved our workflow and the quality of our work. Having new software also helps when we have a problem, it’s easy to search and find a solution - goo.gl/56LnpM

I've started mine too, hasn't been an easy journey but the love for it is the source of courage to keep going ❤️
I just started my on production company and I'm loving the questions that are being ask in this interview.
Cheers Kent! More to come!
So envious of you. I’d love to start my own film production company someday in the near future.
I needed this interview today. A film I've been putting together BLEW UP on us a few days ago... It happens, and you move on.
9:48 - Good reminder for me on failing big. Past few years I feel that twinge of "regret" for trying to strike it out on my on and falling on my face. That's on me though and not having to be at the mercy of a company.
Can’t wait to see what you make in your new production company 👍.
OK, now I'm really interested...when is the history of boogers [@ 5:31] coming out? and is that on Netflix?🤣😆
Life’s too short to be afraid, follow your dreams.
Great interview. Just started pursuing directing more . Most of my work was in front of the camera. Lots of fun!!
Film Courage interviews always come through for me. 💖🎥🎞️
Ryan does SMART work. It's an art form and he's killin. 💯💯💯💪🏾
Thanks for telling us the truth about this occupation. I quit my job as a medical practitioner last 3 years after 10 years in the field. It was not a easy decision. But in life we all know one thing and that it is too short to dread going to work everyday. Friends I’m not asking you to resign your job, no amount of money can buy happiness you just got to be wise.😊
I found your channel, you’re awesome.
What's stopping you from starting your production company?
Freaking fear. Responsibilities, mortgage, toddler to name a few. 😊
Cool Video
What do you think about "fail big?"
Big lesson not big loss of you keep going
Failing big needs to be gradual after many tiny failures.
Tiny failures help us learn
But, not to overcoming and fail aimlessly
Failure is a teacher
But, whether one fails big or small, all such failures would have to take place in shortest span of time as life is very short
