    One question somewhat unrelated to the topic of this video. Based on your experience what would be the expected velocity increase between flat ground throwing and throwing off a mound. That is to say if a player is throwing 55 MPH on flat ground what would you expect their velocity to be from a mound?

      The mound creates 80 lbs of for additional force I believe..Might fact check me on that one. I would say around a 2-3 mph jump. You will also notice a difference in game as adrenaline spikes. I always threw harder in game than in bullpen.
