this makes me think that just maybe if they can find enough fighters, make a super heavyweight class
with no limit, just let em get as fat as they want and then let em fight 3 minute rounds (for the sake of the viewers)
Have you never seen international rugby players. In 2019 world cup the average weight of the Togan forward pack (that's 8 players) was 118.53 kg, just 1,5 kg or about 3 pounds under the super heavyweight division, so I guarantee that there was a good number of players in that tounament that would be super heavyweights. Now whilst they are not trained fighters, they are certainly big, strong and fit/athletic men, who, if trained, would not come into the categories you describe. And yes, international rungby is stringently tested, as is dommestic rugby in the big rugby playing nations. The people are out there, there are just not enough that are good enough to have a competitive division, not enough big guys are interested in MMA (and who can blame them, who wants to get punched by another monster?) and the UFC is not interested, at least in the long term, in a division that is not competitive.
@@TheVOTN the problem with super heavyweight is that it always ends up having unathletic fatass fighters gasing out first round
Need a dibsion that not only allows but provides drugs, with no weight divisions - see what freakish fights we get. Like UFC circa 1990.
@@joshkar24 sacrificing the fighters health and the integrity of the sport for a better show for casual fans is just pathetic
Thanks for noticing Mariusz Pudzianowski. He is a good fighter, for his age and size, and generally cool guy.
Big pud. Legend 💪💪
I remember seeing him in Worlds Strongest Man; he went on such a fantastic run. I’d watch to see him, and Mark Felix too, he was from England so it was nice to root him on.
Not the best fighter, mostly just lays on his opponents
@Mixedhero from what ive seen he got lit up and layed on his opponent who was 19 kg lighter than him
@Mixedhero Good because in Poland heavyweight is almost non-existent, plus he fought some cans. Still tho, I respect his achievements and even have a photo with him back when he was competing in Strongmen
They need a superheavyweight division for 330+
Yes.
So what happens to 266-329?

At least Brock cheated his way into the UFC lol

At least Brock Lesnar has some credentials. Marius is only a steroid abuser.

WSM 1997 was in the United States too. Don't you love when people post shit without having any knowledge of it? Stick to MMA stuff Tommy

Also Pudzianowski did get busted for roids in WSM.
They clearly don't know shit about strongmanship
@@carnage151 That had to be extremely difficult, considering they only do testing immediately before, and during the actual competition. Absolutely zero out of competition testing the entire rest of the year.
@@rdizzy1 2004 is when he was disqualified. I don't think they should test in the first place personally.
UFC so needs an open-weight division again! Those freak-show bouts were always good fun viewing.
Or rebrand it as oldschool division: no skill checks, make all the shitup you want it'd be their to lighten things up. Both as a intermission between prelims and it's own thing. With much less convoluted rules to would be fantastic testing ground. Dick kicks legal again, the cage door is open a loud and encouraged to trash talk and make shit up. 10:08 Zuluzinho means "Little Zulu" as he is the son of King Zulu, another giant known for his Vale Tudo days back in Brazil.
Good to see guys know about brazlian fight hystory XD I would coment this exactly .
The most famous fight of king Zulu was vs Rickson Gracie.

Worlds Strongest Man Finals 2019 was held in Bradenton Florida.
So does that mean all the strong men weren’t on roids?
Isaiah Mohi they always are
@@harrisonnorris1148 There is, just not as strict. Pudzianowski was actually disqualified in 2004(?) for a banned substance.
Hey I live there
There is testing twice a year. Meaning you take roids 10 of the 12 months
Out of all these guys Butterbean was for real!
Sadly, both his sons gave MMA and kick-boxing a try, and they're both like 0-5 in both sports... oh well, at least they gave it a shot, daddy must have been happy.
Only time Butterbean pissed me off was for the James Thompson win, I was rooting for the Colossus big time and had some cash on him, and they pull that bullshit?
@@randallflagg3700 Yeah that was a weird one. I would say it was a fix but the way he protested it must of clipped him. Still a bad stoppage regardless. IDK what happened?
@@munkyzzb7504 - Well if you watch the replays, it's 100% clear that Butterbean didn't connect with his punch, Thompson just fell down against the cage from dodging the strike.
As soon as his ass hits the ground, the ref stops the fight and declares it a KO, which JT immeditaly protested, explaining that that hugh punch didn't even hit him, but Butterbean said he felt it, so they didn't re-start the bout...
It's some old stuff, I wouldn't hold it against Mr Esch, it was in the spur of the moment and who knows what he felt exactly.
The cameras don't lie though, and at the time James actually had quite the impressive fanbase for a fighter of his caliber, a lot of hardcore MMA fans really liked the dude since he loved to interact with fans and all...
That's pretty much it ^^

World's strongest man was held in the United States last year, and will also be held there this year
@Connor O'Brien ...... the fact checking gets sloppy at times. Thanks for posting
Just because it's held here doesn't mean those meatheads aren't juiced to the fucking max

Ngl, Butterbean looks like the real life version of Wilson Fisk.
The world’s strongest man finals are held in the US
Yeah wtf is this guy talking about?
They are held all over the world you tt
So if we resume this video it's pretty much...
They either suck,
They are out of shape,
or they are juicing.
Thanks MMAonPoint.
Also they can't make the weight limit haha
Not butterbean thoughh
They don't need the requirements to compete in the UFC spanning from a to juice.
Butterbean is a legit fighter he is just to fat
It's mainly Tommy Toe Hold being liking pro wrestling bullshit in MMA. I love both pro wrestling and MMA, but for the latter to pretend it's serious shit with no gimmicks is ridiculous. Especially right now with all the Conor bullshit, and even that DC/Brock encounter. But fans like it so never count this out.

We need a Super Heavy weight class they only use sometimes in the UFC!
Bradley Harrell spot on! The UFC are so weightist 🤪
KSW opened a super heavyweight division.
With usada whats the point? All you would get is fat guys gassing on one minute 😅
Would have to make the cage bigger definitely would be lit tho
Super heavyweights are either too fat or juiced and natural superheavyweights are almost non-exist
Bob Sapp will go down in history as the greatest fight thrower.

Giant Silva looks like weird al stretched out
Or like Andre the Giant if the picture is too narrow.
John La Duke
Lol
he got acromegaly
Fun fact about Pudzian: he's a Kyokushin green belt :) He did Karate and Boxing before his strongman career, so he actually came back back to his roots getting into the fight game.
The WSM were actually held in the U.S. in 2019
At my home town in Florida.
Martin Licis won.
Top 10 fighters turned analyst/commentator.

1:35 did he seriously say "there's a reason the worlds strongest man finals aren't being held in the United States"? They were there literally last year and will be there again this year, and has been there many years in the past. At least do your research.
Yeah, plus piggybacking onto what you said and toward the uninformed, they do test athletes in Strongman. Mainly for health reasons, to check that they won't die in the middle of the event, but also to check for stimulants like cocaine, for which Mariusz had a 3rd place stripped. They're all juicing in America too.
I lost it when he said Garcia is Cyborg's final form
0:30
Look at this dude in the suit, trying to get between those human fridges as they start to scrap. The sheer balls on this man.
Well, its not like its only for show *facepalm*
He's big too
I’m glad this last was made thx and btw the ufc should have a super-heavyweight division
Especially if they're gong to let champions contest in multiple weight class without defending. It demonstrates a commitment to fake sports, and if you're going to McMahon, go full McMahon. No one wants to see half McMahon. Super heavyweight would be a freakshow class, but why let that stop you? Fuck USADA, they find who they want and let pass who they want anyways. Take a good look some time at the difference between natural bodybuilders and juiced ones, thrn take a good look at Paulo Costa, Yoel Romero or Jessica Andrade, and tell me you can't clearly see that they're juiced.
there shouldn’t be a weight limit for “heavyweight”
Should be a category-Super Heavyweight ---260 pounds and up !
Tony R yeah UFC should have a superheavy weight division. Btw there's no weight limit for heavyweight in boxing because it's just throwing punches, there's no grappling and wrestling involved for which size does matter more than just with striking
But imagine how much time it would take to find fighters that are fat just to match make
I find it ridiculous that there is a limit there is a lot of people who are beyond 260LBS
@@slyhaarden5018 some of the best heavyweights in the ufc cut weight to make the limit
Nice work guys. Good selection of fighters. 😎📷
Great job editing on this one.
Basically the UFC would benefit from a super heavyweight division
Bob Sapp is one of those guys you just want to jump into the arms of because you know he'd catch you and even though he's huge he'd be gentle about it.
Ive seen gay porn straighter than this statement
"Zuluzinho" means "Little Zulu", as he is "King Zulu"'s son
Pudzianowski actually DID fight in the US one time, in 2010 vs Tim Sylvia in an event named Moosin: God of Martial Arts. It was his third fight in MMA and, as I recall, he overestimated his fighting prowess after wins against two pretty mediocre opponents. He agreed to a fight with Sylvia against advice from the KSW management. The fight proved that Mariusz still had too poor conditioning to compete in MMA at a high level, as he basically ran out of stamina and turned red. He has since shed even more muscle mass and decided to stick to KSW.
With Mariusz you missed a prime opportunity to put in Booker T’s FIVE TIME FIVE TIME FIVE TIME FIVE TIME FIVE TIME sound bite for his Strongman accomplishments
I was hoping he would do that too.
1:36 the 2019 World's Strongest Man finals were held in the United States. Wasn't the first time they were held in the USA either. Also, Pudzianowski was disqualified from the 2004 World's Strongest Man for failing a drug test (booger sugar though).
Guy hasnt got a clue about strongman
Big fighters inspire me to keep training!
Seeing them be awesome means I can be awesome too!
Your narrative is so good. Really funny. You teased the 5x champ too. Booker T!
I hoped you'd put Robert Burneika here. Also I'm pretty damn sure there is some testing in KSW in Poland. I might be wrong cause I no longer follow that crap. Also2 - Butterbean fought Pudzian in MMA.
With Pudz fighting in KSW, there is 0% chance of testing
Or he simply doesn’t get tested
Antun Račić, KSW champion said there is no testing in KSW.
He's a roided out moron who has literally no knowledge or basic understanding of fighting in general, he's a joke.
Pudzianowski at least dedicated himself to the craft and proved that he can be a capable fighter.
@@Shoutenkou for sure, but still he has some freak show value, but in terms of fighting even fucking Bob Sapp is better
@@gregoryhouse2233 thanks for info, that explains a lot of things and leads me to believe that Poland won't produce anymore good MMA fighters besides Joanna and Błachowicz, even so called superstar Khalidov was just beating cans for most of his career and in his last fight got mauled by Scott Askham, not to mention many controversial decisions made in Poland in his favour
Just a quick thing. The WSM (World's Strongest Man) final actually took place in Florida last year and testing does take place, which is why Mariusz was unofficial stripped of a few of his wins.
Sam Callaghan Testing😂😂
That's false. Mariusz was never stripped of any of his titles. WSM tried to set him up for taking cocaine but Mariusz took the whole thing to court and won.
