Roxanne is my Brazilian jiu jitsu coach and I know first hand she couldn't be nicer, complimenting me on my rash gaurds and even teaching me new more advanced techniques while we're training a different technique. She recently received her black belt and she deserves it.

Yeah I'm not sure Fedor's nice, he is just quiet. He definitely isn't intimidating though. That's why Cro Cop became so popular and many picked him to dethrone Fedor. He was kicking people's heads off and had an ice cold demeanor that was intimidating.
Well I actually think he's really nice. Always cheering and respecting opponents, even in defeat. He's stoic most of the time, but is often seen smiling too.

I judged Stephen Tompson in kickboxing matches in 2001 & 2002. He was polite and respectful to everyone, even as he ran through his division, barely breaking a sweat. A lesson he seemed to have learned well from his dad, Ray, who also seemed to be a really kind badass.

Man even JDS's smile is wholesome. There is a pure, good hearted innocence, there.
In his prime he was unbeatable. A heavyweight that moved like a lightweight and had a power that would make Ngannou sweat.
He is the only guy to beat a prime, healthy, sea level Cain.
But then the two Cain rematches happened, and he lost a lot of athleticism, and was never the same.
Really wish he retired. He could still be a contender, but his fighting IQ is abysmal. He used to have the power, speed and athleticism to not care about fight IQ but that is long gone.

Comparing Fedor to a panda bear is the greatest explanation for any fighter. I will forever be using that now when his name is brought up in mma conversations with friends haha. I love this channel.
That's something I think we all wish could come back to MMA. Decency and respect among fighters regardless of the fact you're fighting each other. That our culture rewards and glamorizes assholes is one thing I wish I could change in the world.
