Food freedom is the reason I workout everyday! I tell people on a daily basis that I go gym just so I can experience the taste of anything I want. But it's starting to bite me back in the form of sugar addiction. And no matter how much I workout, my bellys getting fat. It's not like I always crave it. But if I see a cookie, I WILL EAT IT. I don't wanna completely stop eating cookies though cause I love them. and chocolates and brownies. So help me find a way to moderate the consumption. And don't tell me to buy the course i'm broke
