Great options and thanks for showing us around. Will keep Tony in mind when I need a couple months stay. Constructive feedback: slow slow pan the camera, fast movement is hard to follow and nauseous inducing :)

Blooming tower was built by daewoo from memory but then it went into financial trouble.
I inspected possibly this same apartment 2 years ago. It was for sale to foreign investors.
Thanks Chuck, great tour, and thanks to Tony for showing us the properties and all the information, any inside bits are much appreciated. All attractive units here, For low dollar I very much liked the one next door to the Embassy, and Japanese neighbors is a plus. I liked the one and two bedroom units more than the 3 bedroom. For large family units like that I've seen some better deals in Penang. The Townhouse was fun to see. Any ideas on how negotiable prices might be on those properties?
Jack, you can reach out to Tony about price flexibility. They are more inclined to be flexible during low season, ie., Sept to Dec..
