  • 🌟 Ep: 10 Travel Vietnam // Da Nang Moving Vlog // Apartment Tour🌟
    Welcome to our new adventure in the beautiful city of Da Nang! We're thrilled to announce that we've officially settled into our fantastic new apartment, and we can't wait to share our journey with you.
    We're still surprised that we're paying only $250 for a living space that's less than a mile away from the stunning beaches of Da Nang. Yes, you read that right - $250! It's unbelievable, and it's one of the best decisions we've made. The cost of living in this vibrant coastal city is simply mind-blowing, especially when you consider the prime location we've snagged.
    Our new apartment is a serious upgrade from our previous home in Saigon. Here we have more light, natural scenery, and my favorite, a BALCONY that overlooks a park and the beach! Picture this: a cozy balcony that offers breathtaking views of a lush park and the pristine beach. This is where you'll find us relaxing, working, and enjoying the fresh sea breeze. You can already tell this is going to be our new favorite spot.

    Hi!
    Not sure why your video appeared in my frontpage, but I love Vietnam!
    Me and my partner have been there a couple of times for a while and Da Nang was definitely the place we would choose as home as well!
    We'll keep watching your adventures!

      Thank you. It’s called Ngu Hanh Son and like we said in the video, it’s a faraway area from the city center.

    Hi Madi & David, you guys have done a great job with your videos. Thank you for the shared information. I am planing to come to Vietnam in the first quarter of next year. I have been searching for apartments on Cho Tot but the prices I am seeing for 3.5 million, 4 million sounds too good to be true. Can agents on Cho Tot be trusted? Thanks.

    • @madianddavid
      @madianddavid  Před 7 měsíci +1

      Thank you and good luck with your trip. You’ll have a great time here for sure. Yeah! I don’t see why not as we also used Cho Tot to find ours. 3.5 to 4 mil can be valid depending on where and what you rent. Besides, there’s only you renting so it might be possible, my friend!

    That's an incredibly cheap price just who did u go through to get bargain close to the beach and balcony😊

    • @madianddavid
      @madianddavid  Před 8 měsíci +2

      It is cheap, isn’t it? We scrolled through a lot of online market places including “Cho Tot.” When calling them, we went pretty straightforward about the budget and our requirements for the room. Many of them said “it was impossible though.” But don’t trust them, as long as your deal is good, you just need sometime to find what you want. And that’s how we bargained.
