To be fair eliminating it accounts regardless of which social network is like a game of whack-a-mole.
They could (and still do) make algos that auto-deboost, shadowban, or ban people who talked about certain things in 2020/21, they could very easily do it with pornbots (they make it extremely easy, they almost always follow the same incredibly simple script). The fact that they still remain means they are allowed to be there as a conscious decision.

...I finally get it. They moved to blur all the suggestive art as a jerry rigged solution to slow down image recognizing porn bots.
If only they moved to a far, far simpler jury-rigged solution: to automatically deboost and shadow-ban somebody if they post replies with the words "in bio" or variants thereof more that two or three times. It's incredibly simple to do
