How I Remember Pokemon Scarlet/Violet

- This was originally supposed to be a funny post that became way more than what was intended at first. This is likely the start of something bigger on the channel and if you guys want an Episode 2 let us know in the comments below and we'll probably consider it.
Voices were made using Eleven Labs Ai. I'm aware of the general consensus surrounding Ai so if I decide to go ahead and continue these type of videos long term I'll Look for proper VAs. This animation was started way before AI took off the way it did and it was originally supposed to be a joke post and not meant to be taken seriously.
Also this was the first time I actually decided to animate dialogue so that was… fun.

I see veryone talking about the animation and how appealing Nemona seems, but also want to shout out the sound design for making it all seems so dynamic and fluid. All the little details being accompanied by a distinct sound effect really makes a big impact

This is quite possibly the cleanest Pokémon fan animation I’ve seen in over a decade. The expressions are literally insane and comparable to something in 2D and the animation is so fluid. I would fully pay to see more of this. Awesome job!

That's a pretty naive comment. If you look carefully, There are shadow issues and renders that show pixelated shadows and I don't think this is done on purpose.

Funny how I just started a Fire-type only run in Violet recently and had to pick Fuecoco, now I imagine him being exactly like this and it genuinely makes me chuckle
Also love the way Nemona was portrayed here, super expressive and totally accurate to her personality. That last bit with her throwing the PokeBall was super over the top and I love it. Overall a 10/10 across the board, I'm excited for more! Keep up the good work!

Ironically it's older AI. But they mentioned proper VAs will be given in further installments. I can only imagine how Sparky Brat will be.

I love how... ANIMATED this is. It feels like I'm watching Pokemon animated by the Into the Spider-Verse crew.
There's a TF2 animator who uses a very similar, stilted style. They made an amazing All My Fellas video, and it really feels like Spider-Verse. But not really, it's like it's inspired by, but its own thing. But in the TF2 video, every single frame is choppy, and it looks glorious.

mild sound inconsistencies aside, this was phenomenally edited and animated. every movement (or lack thereof) feels so expressive, there's *just* the right amount of weight behind it all. fantastically done, looking forward to more outta this guy.
I absolutely love how animated Nemona is. The squash and stretch, the little bit where she looks closer at Fuecoco and not to mention the post credit animation thay 110% should have been in the actual game.

Oh my god, the CZcams closed captioning is animated. I've seen weird characters and stuff in captions, but not the colors and different fonts. That's amazing.

This is a beyond incredible animation! Love the creativity of the shots, as well as the attention to detail and references to the franchise. Fuecoco's flamethrower made me laugh more than I want to admit, and as others have pointed out the sound direction is also impeccable - it really makes the rest of the animation 'pop,' you know!

I'm one to prefer 2D animation over 3D in most cases, but this has got to be one of the best 3D animations I've ever seen. It's so fun and charming. Humor is great too. I'd love to see more of this.

I absolutely love these character models, and the way you animated them. The facial expressions are great, I love the little details like the way Nemona's face recoils a little bit and she has to close an eye due to the blast of air from the Main Guy deflating. The visual gags are funny, and even when little is happening, the character's body movements are energetic, and cartoonishly exaggerated just perfectly, in order to keep things interesting, instead of just having them stand and talk.
The professor talking all hip just reminded me that this is Pokemon Violet hence the media would influence the characters a lot here which I find funny (technology)

All the little details in this are insane. The small icons when characters speak, the words that pop up for sound effects, the professor's glasses falling off, the squash and stretch of Nemona. This is art.
