Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit

I’ve Been following ur workouts and have fallen in love with Pilates. I’ve downloaded lean and I’m looking forward to getting the yearly subscription to it but I have hopes of getting pregnant near the end of the year does ur app have a pregnancy safe area

DAY 1: my first time following a lilly sabri workout. BURNED SM.
DAY 2: I started to see a VERY slight difference so i was happy!!
DAY 3: missed
DAY 4: Got a little easier
DAY 5: I’m starting to see a difference and it really helped with bloating 🎉
DAY 6: bc of the fact that i’m on my period i get rlly bloated. i’m so happy bc i can see results and im not even half way. I LOOK SO TONED AHHH
Day one: ✅this burnttt can’t wait to see results!
Day two:✅ burnt a lot but felt good not to much progress yet
Day three: ✅ woke up with a flat stomach I’m loving thissss

Ive been lifting for 5yrs and I swear 5he strenth you get from Pilates is a different kind of strength its almost like a super power tbh. My core became sooo much stronger so it helped a lot with my lifting aswell.

I did this today for he first time. I am currently doing another 7 min ab workout of yours which did strenghten my abs. This one didn't quite burn so much but it did feel good to do this. I'll put this to a playlist where i have workouts for all bodyparts :). Totally recommend this for everyone still!

My core is on FIRE 🔥 loved this. Been doing lilys workouts for almost two months now and when she says it works to get results she’s telling the truth. I feel so much stronger and energised (toned legs and arms, tighter stomach, and perkier bum are a definite upside tho lol)
gosh i just hope i can actually lose weight this time bc i struggle a lot with weight even tho people tell me i’m „skinny” i still feel like i’m just a boulder in the way. i’m like 150 :/

- Week One -
Day 1: really rushed but I did it👍🏼
Day 2: had to take a few break cuz I did another abs workout before this,my legs are burning from yesterdays thigh workout but I did it!👍🏼
Day3&4: took a break cuz it was the weekends and I had dance practice+already moved around a lot so I would be too tired 👎🏼
Day5: did it! It was much easier than usual. Maybe I got better,maybe the break was helpful? I’m not sure
