    Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
    1. Being in calorie deficit
    2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)

    DAY 1: my first time following a lilly sabri workout. BURNED SM.
    DAY 2: I started to see a VERY slight difference so i was happy!!
    DAY 3: missed
    DAY 4: Got a little easier
    DAY 5: I’m starting to see a difference and it really helped with bloating 🎉
    DAY 6: bc of the fact that i’m on my period i get rlly bloated. i’m so happy bc i can see results and im not even half way. I LOOK SO TONED AHHH

    Day 1: ✅ felt a little bit of burn
    Day2 :✅ was sweating alot
    Day 3:✅ still felt the burn but got easier

    Oh my god this workout burns I will update this coming when after 14 days also Lily I think you should start doing normal workouts and stop doing pilates even though I love them I think it'll be nice to go back to them because I miss them videos❤ who else is reading this coming right now😑

      I’m a little confused because her channel is pretty much all Pilates workouts, technically no workout is “normal workouts “ because there are all different types. no hate, the comment just kinda confused me 😂❤ but I love Pilates

    Ive been lifting for 5yrs and I swear 5he strenth you get from Pilates is a different kind of strength its almost like a super power tbh. My core became sooo much stronger so it helped a lot with my lifting aswell.

    I did this today for he first time. I am currently doing another 7 min ab workout of yours which did strenghten my abs. This one didn't quite burn so much but it did feel good to do this. I'll put this to a playlist where i have workouts for all bodyparts :). Totally recommend this for everyone still!

    My core is on FIRE 🔥 loved this. Been doing lilys workouts for almost two months now and when she says it works to get results she’s telling the truth. I feel so much stronger and energised (toned legs and arms, tighter stomach, and perkier bum are a definite upside tho lol)

    day 1: excercised at 8pm along with her waist workout and felt the burn! i'll report if i see anything tmrw

    - Week One -
    Day 1: really rushed but I did it👍🏼
    Day 2: had to take a few break cuz I did another abs workout before this,my legs are burning from yesterdays thigh workout but I did it!👍🏼
    Day3&4: took a break cuz it was the weekends and I had dance practice+already moved around a lot so I would be too tired 👎🏼
    Day5: did it! It was much easier than usual. Maybe I got better,maybe the break was helpful? I’m not sure

      i'm 16 years old and do this since 4 day and i see resoulds my stonach is flat and i can see a Little bit of muscles but it need time too see full resoulds but you can see after 2 days that your stomach became flat ❤ sorry for my bad english i can speak englisch better i'm not so good in english writting❤
