Thanks for sharing. From your and others' experiences. What are other options/ways of having a reasonably comfortable place to stay other than buying property as a primary residence and renting? For an adult with depends and cannot cohabit with family or friends? With renting these days, most rentals can also be not financially viable? Are people in this scenario classification already doomed in this investment vehicle?. What are your thoughts?

I would say to stick to your budget.
If you can only afford to pay R4500 for housing, then stick to that budget.
If you can find a property to buy that all in will cost your R4500, that also makes sense.
But most people with a R4500 budget for rent will go and buy a property that cost them R7000 per month, which in the long term creates a lot of financial pressure. So simply put, just stick to your budget. 🙌🏻

I opened a company, but when i approached the bank for finance, they said they can't fund the property bcz the company doesn't have an income, so how do you start building the company portfolio
Thanks for commenting. In this case you will have to sign surety for the company in your own name because the comonay has no financial track record.
