蜜汁腸仔Honey Sausage
材料有香腸一包,蜜糖 The Ingredients are a bag of sausage, honey
在香腸表面切一些斜紋Cut some twill on the surface of the sausage
反轉另一面再切Reverse the other side and cut again
每條香腸分開三段Each sausage is divided into three sections
用少許油, 把所有香腸放進去 Put all the sausages in with a little oil
慢慢煎, 直至有斜紋的表面裂開Slowly fry until the twilled surface is cracked
加少許糖Add a little sugar
香腸會比較脆Sausages will be more crispy
加少許豉油Add a little light soy sauce
把火關掉, 然後加蜜糖Turn off the fire, then add honey
大功告成 !You're done ! Yummy !
