    I like how the judge calls the defendant out for being mad about harassment. Saying he had no reason to be pulled over. Yet, he did. One time speeding, another time a bad brake light, then there was disregarding a traffic control device, and lets not forget tinted windows.
    Stop having an attitude thinking the cops are after you for any other reason than you breaking the law when YOU ARE.
    This is so often the case. Then he's mad because he has to pay the piper with a 2 year license suspension once he gets everything paid up.
    In my state. You lose your license for one year, each time you are caught driving without a license (mandatory). On top of other possible sentences. Usually it's a pretty hefty fine. So brother, be happy you live in Michigan and 2 years is all you get suspended.

      And yet, there appears to be no state law that authorizes citation or arrest for having "proof of insurance" that will NEVER PAY for that situation. It would probably only come up in the civil trial for damages after a collision, if ever.

    I love the victims. Victims of their own stupidity. Victims of everyone out to get them because those people are evil and the victims are just perfect princesses roaming around doing volunteering and donating to charities and giving food to the poor, but these police are just harassing them! They’re evil.

    He wants to play games, turn down the plea and hit him with every single thing that the judge can lay on him legally. Then, when he doesn't pay, throw is butt in jail. He probably lives off government anyway. At least he won't be endangering the folks around him not having insurance or the smarts to follow the rules of the road.

    • @UpnorthHere
      @UpnorthHere Před 25 dny

      Not likely. That would result in a massive waste of resources for the possibility of the defendant demanding a jury trial on every misdemeanor.

    • @mikefromwv1010
      @mikefromwv1010 Před 25 dny

      @UpnorthHere Are you saying that the games he's playing not a waste of time and money. He knows what his doing and only continues doing it cause there's no punishment for him. Instead of him taking responsibility for his actions, he would really run his scam fir as long as he can. Then in the end he's still not going to pay.
