If I had 800hp in my gc chassis I would hit 0-shit myself in .2 seconds
I make 800hp in a gc it does go 0- almost around a tree
Make 800hp for 1 billion dollars. Its what makes subaru a subaru. Car looks so good 👍 😍 bout time she gets some love! Good production quality on the videos btw!
Bro your awesome, Subaru is a bad ass platform
Can't wait to see MORE OF THIS STI beast!!!!!!!!
Love the knowledge you give us and love the vidoes alot. Great content and very very interesting videos. Keep up the good work boys
FIP Family Great detail love the info keep up the great work
"Hella Horns....50 extra horsepower each horn."😂🤣😂
Don't tell our secrets! 🤫 lol
This video is fire. plz more of this stuff
Beautiful Channel... Hoping to be doing this to my STI soon
looking great
Can’t wait
DOPE VID!
Hi Fi Performance, could you please tell me the tires' profile? I loved that set👀
Let’s goooooooooooo
I need to to get my stock location FP zero into a rotated set up
That’s cool that you don’t have to run TGV deletes. I don’t know if anyone makes a polymer composite type TGV deletes like Cosworth used to. But one of the best things about those was that it did not conduct heat whatsoever. So whatever heat there was, it could not transfer directly up the TGVs is and heat soak your intake manifold. It goes without saying you want that Erica vehicles possible.
The challenge with composite (some sort of fiber or glass filled nylon or higher grade ABS) is that it really struggles with the torque spec of the manifold. Those composite TGV have a track record of pulling out threaded inserts that are molded into place. The plastic threads themselves are not typically strong enough and you could custom machine something out of harder plastic like a Radel or similar material but the cost would be astronomical because its really a 5-axis machining job. Also when you mold plastics onto metal inserts, the plastic shrinks typically a couple of thousandths per inch. This causes alot of stress around those inserts and is why there is typically cracking around the inserts as well. just my 2 cents
Very cool 😎
What’s you’re thoughts on the ams manifold vs the process west manifold I’m undecided in my 800 build
Would love to see it priced out too
Ya need to put up more videos so people see the good work
Where do I find a catch can like this
The ghost of plaid s
How much boost pressure can the ams manifold hold
Have a legacy get with a 2.5 turbo gotta make more power with a rebuild needs way better cooling also
if you machine the valve body and chanels etc it will work beter you wont need the ring
Do one for the FA20!!!
What crank does this car run?
I beam rods?
Can you guys list where you got all of them?
What about transmission must have gotten some upgrade too?
Is the AMS better than Process West
would seriously love to see a ej20 recipe for 600 video
We can make that happen
@@fiperformance1556 that would be so cool
@@nathanfarrell1116 would be the same just lower the psi on turbo
How about Ringland?
Equal or Unequal Length Header?
I like the legacy’s over the wrx I think they look better are bigger and total sleepers the gt only
Black label 😉
That looked like UEL headers?? Why didn't you show them
have you guys noticed any bad ethanol readings when WOT because the sensor is on the low pressure side of the FPR?
Never had that issue, We use PTR flex kits mounted to the return and havnt had any issues
Transmission? How will it not grind today dust?
Is there a way to get an itemized breakdown of the parts to get to that hp?
Did you manage to get one?
"It will decimate all..."
Yo imma bring mine and y’all can do it
I wonder how much all of this cost ?
4:33 💀😂
Hay guys, im a new Aussie subscriber we call wrx's Rex's over here and seeing as it's a killer of a subaru how about "KILLER REX" As it's name??
Well time to save a light 50k 😂
What do you guys think of the arp ca 625 plus head studs
I don't get head from studs, I prefer woman, but to each their own. I'm not judging you.
What are those red things at the front of the intercooler for?
Stupid horns that Subaru owners waste money on. They do it because others on forums tell them they need them and they look “cool”
Does en ej257 block fit ej25 heads? If it does what head gaskit do u suggest?
I just put a 2021 STI ej257 type RA motor in my 11' wrx with the stock heads. It fits.
Project: Fear no Evo
Any transmission upgrades done to the Sti in order to ensure the transmission can hold that power goal?
Stock trans can hold that power
Shitty heavy duty clutch wont
Stock trans can handle way more than this.
does cooper ring can use for darton sleeves?
Tell Cooper I recommend replacing flesh light sleeves every 6 months. 3 months if you're really cranking up the boost pressure, if ya know what I'm saying 😏
All that’s great but what HEAD GASKET are you using
late but.. those were IAG fire locks
Black mamba
Do you guys sell the engine built ready for shipping?
Yes ! Email us at Sales@fi-performance.com
Darth vader for the name of the car 🤣🤣
How much does something like this run you? I’m wanting to do the same thing in my EJ49
Sorry EJ40
-8 fuel lines from the pump to engine?
Yes -8 From fuel pumps -8 Y to feed the rails
@@fiperformance1556 cool thanks
are you guys using the stock diff and axles ? (would it handle all that power) and if you were to upgrade them what products would you use and are they pricey or worth the money
Depends on what you are doing, launches really stress components so for drag I'd get something from driveshaft shop. For autox and street I wouldn't bother, stock sti drivetrain is pretty damn strong.
Nice, so this EJ will make 800hp once, good video.
How much is the total for all of this plus labor and I’ll drop my 2020 Sti off
30k
@@cruzpartida3758 ofc not chill out dude lmfao
@@vonksummer9099 for an 800hp sti I think it’s close to 30k plus he said with labor
Drop two 2020 STIs, pick one up
Make a video of how much it cost to build a 650 hp
No need all you need is 30-40k in your pocket
It's 30k
How many horse power does it have?
800 look at the car the title
What crankshaft do you use?
Buttplugh 69 forged crank. 9" shaft extra girth
Whats the bore size on that block, Looks like 4 inch or better.
Tad under 4" bore
99.75MM
@@fiperformance1556 Thanks for come back cant wait to hear it run
Name it Blackhawk?
What’s the price breakdown? Lol bet you could built a DSM or Honda for a 1/4 of the price and make the same power... love Subaru and ive been a tech for them for years but the price to power ratio is not worth it. Great build though.
Good point if you’re only looking for power, personally I’ll never be found in a Honda I dislike them cars strongly, how they look and how they sound. Where’s I know I’ll be spending 3x more on my STi to make the same power a Honda with Vtec could make if it was 800hp, but I love the look more I love the interior more I love the sound more and I just love the car so much I’d throw 100k into it if I had that to spare haha, go drive an STi through some windy roads and you’ll realise very quickly it truly is a driver enthusiasts car
Big Question how much $$$$$$
Also why not process west intake manifold?
The Process West Manifold is just the upper which still utilizes an additional tgv housing. The AMS is a straight shot, full runner manifold without any separate components. 2.5″ tapered runners and matched cylinder port angles to minimize turbulence and maximize power output. This is the best performing manifold on the market for big power rotated setup EJ's and.. it's substantially cheaper than the pw manifold 😉.
Bro I’d be happy with ✨reliable✨ 450whp
E85?
Yes.

Who did the block?
Blocks are specd and built in house. Machine work/Close Decking we have done by CSS.
@@fiperformance1556 ok thanks!
What is the cost to build that?
Yourself, 25,000 plus. Mechanic performance shop, excess of 35000. Down right it'll be about 50,000. (On e85) I doubt you'll hit your goals with just 91 octane.
Rarely get to 1000 whp under 35,000. I have a 2014 hatch with iag 900 engine, stock trans, fuel rails, gtx turbo, large injectors, oil cooler, full suspension, front mount, and bigger fuel pump, no roll cage yet. I'm at 453 whp. All I need is the rotated turbo set up, rotated manifold, bigger intercooler and larger turbo... maybe I'll be within the iag magnum specs of near 900hp.
@@pold4837’ve got an 04 sti. Got a 2+2 TiC block with a forged bottom end. Really just hoping to get around 350whp with more down the line. Already have a FMIC but it’s still side feed and I’m debating on doing the side to top feed conversion rails or just going top feed tgv’s and rails. Looking to snag 1300cc and maybe a flex fuel kit later. Plan on getting an fp black with an ewg. Stock heads with the goal of upgrading the valve train down the line. Any other recommendations bro?
@@Slaydur all nice builds! 👌
Name it the Blackhawk
Godzilla Jr
Sure everything can be done. You talking about 40k build
Zumbaru
The name should be darth Vader
Name the car subby boobiez.
Aka get a new motor
These guys say they can get 800 out of an engine everyone online is telling me will blow up if I try to push it to 400 crank hp.
Who's right?
We have customers with 400+ hp on our built engines touch 80+k miles on them.
There are people out there pushing stock motors to 600hp with all of the supporting mods and great tune. Yeah reliability going out the window on a stock block. But it can be done.
Check out Bader built .He makes awesome power on stock engines he's a overall great builder / Tuner
Call me old school but it still bothers me when people call these "engines" a "motor".
It’s a boxer….it dosen’t have harmonics….
Name: soobie boobiez.
Just get a different platform at that point
These guys act like 800hp is even impressive in 2022 lol. It's basically just keeping up with modern performance cars.
Act like?.. I'd say 800 awd-hp out of a 4 cylinder 2.5ltr motor is very impressive.
