    Here's the harsh truth. That Filipina that you are talking to online, most likely has a Filipino boyfriend or is talking to multiple guys. The phone scam is as old as time and is still alive. A fool and his money will soon part ways.

      @lendlalfred7870 Před 2 měsíci

      @txtworld if you reexamine my statement, you will see I said "most likely " This implies most of the time, but it leaves room for some who have genuine intentions and are only talking to one guy. But generally speaking, these girls are talking to multiple guys, especially if you meet them from a dating site. Of course, they are guys who are talking to multiple women, I'm not disputing that, but the topic of the video is about Filipinas doing scams and scammers tend to have multiple victims, which will be men in this case.

    If you wonder if a girl did this, do this. Wait until she sends you a screenshot. Check the pixel dimensions of the image and compare it to the screen size of the phone you bought. If there’s a mismatch, you know something’s up. I bought an iPhone 13 for a Filipina, but I noticed her screenshots had the dimensions of an iPhone X. Hey Mike, just recently in Dumaguete, my gf has a friend who just celebrated a birthday. Another overseas friend ordered some flowers, chocolates and balloons for the birthday. Needless to say, the flowers, chocolates and balloons never showed up on the day of the birthday. My gf who realized that they are scammers, called them and pretended to order flowers. The woman on the phone said that she needed a deposit. My gf told the woman that she could meet her and give her the money. The woman showed up with a man on a motorbike and they were caught on CCTV cameras and my gf took pictures and videos of them. My gf reported them to the police and provided the police with the videos and pictures. So, scammers are indeed in Dumaguete. Take extra care and precautions whenever buying anything from someone online or over the phone.

    I always wondered if some of the women on dating sites were reading from the same script 🤔
    Christine was completely different from all of the women I met online! As we told you, in February, she never asked me for anything but my Love.

    Another scam?
    Mike,
    I joined the dating site Christian Filipino last month and was inundated with messages from Filipinas. I thought I had set a strict criteria and was communicating with several highly educated Filipinas. One Filipina in her mid-30s and stunning was a great conversationalist. After about a week she inquired my monthly income and then requested $232 for a birthday cake. Her birthday was in several days and she wanted to throw herself a party. Fairly expensive cakes in the Philippines.
    I of course ended all communication with her.
    Hadn’t heard of the birthday scam from any bloggers.
    I am not knocking Christian Filipina site, they are constantly pulling down scammer profiles.
    Their customer service is outstanding.
    Cheers

    Yes I am guilty of sending money to a Filipina for a new phone. It was very early on in my Filipina experience and she was the first I had started chatting to online. I was still working back in Australia and made the decision to look in the Philippines for another chance after going through a messy divorce. This Filipina was young( mid 20s) and soon after we started chatting she told me she had dropped her phone and the screen was broken.She used a relative's phone to show me the picture of the phone and I believed her and sent her 20,000p for a new phone(Samsung). It wasn't that much money to me but after this she did keep pestering me for more money so I broke it off. Maybe she scammed me I don't know but i did go on to find another wonderful Filipina who is now my wife. She never asked me for anything.

    I once had a person on Facebook claiming to be a Filipina try to get money out of me after a couple of days of talking. She told me her father is a Fisherman, but got injured and can't work, and wanted P2,000 for the electricity. I went back and forth with this, then I thought to myself this is a scam, so I blocked that Profile, then the people in a group chat on messenger tried to guilt trip me by asking why I didn't give her the money as a "Christmas gift"? Yeah, let's conveniently use the time for Christmas as an excuse to willingly give up my money to someone I haven't met in person. 🙄🙄🙄
    This was the only time someone claiming to be from the Philippines tries to separate me from my money, I know better. This was in December of 2018, the same time I started talking to my ex, the one I met in July of 2019.
    It doesn't matter how much money it is someone is trying to get out of you, it's the principle that it's not a good reason for you to give up your money to someone you don't know.
