The paint job is not bad, but the bearings, the lubrication and painting the shock absorber, no matter how bad it is... they leave something to be desired.
Not saying for bad, but by painting the rear shock, you destroyed it, the seatpost clamp under the seat is need to reversed, with backward offset, and the rear deraileur pull up on himself the chain , shorten the chain and adjusting the B gap screw may resolv this. The bike looks good othervise.

Really appreciate the work but the cheap parts kinda ruin the entire build. Plus: NEVER paint a shock.
You’re doing an awesome job on restoring frame and function, but this bike does not qualify as a Trek. Not even a vintage one. Upgrade the parts, get some vintage Deore / STI / XT / XTR parts, Magura hydro brakes and a decent GXP bearing (these things are not expensive any more) and maybe then you might have a justification for that TREK label.
