The SHOCK ABSORBER on the fork is rusted and blocked, the fork does not work.He just painted it on top, it's kind of stiff now.

@@user-qk4fz7wn9c SHOCK ABSORBER surface need to be polished. If it already rusted - you need to replace shork absorber. It is like sandblasting of the bearings.
