These exercises work like magic, I was suffering from neck pain for 2 months due to working on my laptop keeping it in my lap. The pain was so much that for few days it became unbearable. I diligently did all these exercises for 2 weeks and my neck pain is totally gone. It feels like I never had neck pain problem. Amazing Results😇😇

I did these exercises for one day and my pain has increased, previously it was just in the neck region but now it has radiated to the back area also. I'm really surprised how everyone is finding it helpfull yet my condition has worsened due to it😞
You must have did it in pain yoga should not be performed in pain

Be careful. Leaning your head backwards will squeeze the discs together and thus the nerves. This will increase the problem according to Dr. Same goes for looking up when bending forward.
