Need to get some Rust prevention spray going on there my man. If you plan on keeping it of course, but yeah those 6 Pot Brembos just transform the cars spotting power....Need to get my Brakes done in another week or two pending my mechanic lol.
Of course, but I plan to make a new set of transition plates with anodizing, without a protective coating the aluminum parts won't live long.
Power brakes are probably the best upgrade for the car, I enjoy it every time I drive

So i have a 2015 rt i want to do a conversion like this what’s the disk that you say infront of the rotor and where can i get the bracket adapters like that so i can fit the front calipers on?
To install such a set you need: front brake disc from Hellcat 390/34mm, brake calipers Brembo GT series with guides and shoe stop plate, pads from Hellcat, brake hoses to the caliper from Hellcat or 392 and the adapter plate. You can't buy a ready made plate right now.
I can only help with a 3D model or drawing for you to make it in your country on a milling machine or CNC machine

The adapter presented in the video is intended for models with non-SRT steering knuckles and rear-wheel drive from 2014.
I also have an adapter for models with all-wheel drive, it is different.
To install these or similar brakes you will need:
- 4, 6 or 8 piston calipers of the Brembo GT series with pad guides and a pressure plate;
- brake pads from hellcat (any company you like)
- brake discs from hellcat
- flexible brake hoses from hellcat or I would recommend reinforced ones from Stoptech or Goodridge
- make an adapter according to my 3D model on a milling or CNC machine in any parts manufacturing workshop in your city.

What are they? I have a 2006 dodge magnum srt8 and just got 2016 hellcat 6 piston calipers and 2 piece rotors. Could I use this product? It looks just like yours.

If you have 4 piston brembo calipers, you don't need adapters because you have SRT knuckles. Just buy 6-piston calipers and hellcat brake disks.

Yes, on all v8 you can add the performance brake package as an option and then you have brakes like a hellcat

Brembo GT series in Ukraine at the official suppliers costs $ 600 for one caliper without pads, guide pads and pressure plate.
Since this series of brakes is relatively new on the sites are sold only sets with brake discs, hoses, pads, etc. at a price of 7k-8k$. But kits for Challenger have maximum 380mm brake disc and unreasonably expensive price.
You need to order calipers, pad guides and pad pressure plates as spare parts from an official representative or dealer in your country, then the price will be adequate.
Also it is not necessary to use this series of calipers, you can choose almost any brembo caliper suitable for brake discs 390mm and more.
All prices are for new parts, if you buy used, the price will be much cheaper

Yes, I know this brake system, it's called BR4 with good brake calipers but weak brake discs, they are 360/32mm. You will need SRT rotary knuckles to install them, as these calipers have "ears" for side mounting, and the brake disc diameter is almost the same as the RT brake disc (345/28mm).

@@CrazyBigLuu The SRT8 knuckles were the same on all models of the Chrysler family (Chrysler 300C, Challenger, Charger) but you only need the SRT knuckles from models manufactured after 2008, the earlier knuckles will not fit your 2015 R/T
So 2008+ srt model spindles work with the 15+ style ? I did not know that.

I need to understand what kind of steering knuckle is used on your car, if the same as on a rear wheel drive Challenger or Charger then my adapter will work for you and I can sell you a 3d model or drawings for fabrication.
If you are using a different knuckle then you will need to design a different adapter, but I don't have data on the Durango range of knuckles at this time.
I have a charger 6 Piston front caliper for my Dodge Durango RT V8 2015 5.7 and my knuckle number is PSA46700. I want to adapt that brembo calipers to my Durango you think that is possible. Thank you for your help.
@@JulioHernandez-zx1sv There is not much place to mount the hellcat caliper to the steering knuckle via an adapter, as the hellcat caliper is laterally mounted to the steering knuckle . So I used a caliper with a radial mount so that an adapter of sufficient strength could be made.
In your case, it would be easiest to mount the caliper without an adapter to the steering knuckle and use a two-piece brake disc like on a Charger or Challenger Hellcat, but fabricate a new center section to fit the required caliper outreach. I think that would be the easiest way to install these calipers.
Where can I find this bracket and would it work with the 4 pistons as well
This bracket I designed for the new model 6-pistons caliper Brembo GT with radial mounting and a brake disk from Hellcat 390 to 34mm. The bracket was made from a my 3d model on a milling machine. If you want to use a 4-piston caliper from the SRT8 or R/T392 models this will not work, the caliper is mounted through the ears and has a 360 to 32mm brake disc, these discs also overheat if the brake is used intensively. I would recommend you to use a 4, 6 or 8-pistons caliper with radial mounting and minimum 390 to 34mm brake discs from Hellcat, then this bracket will fit and I can send you a model or help you develop a suitable bracket.

@@kevindavis5311 The first thing you need to know, because you have a caliper on the AWD side of the bumper and the RWD it is on the door side, you need other calipers, as 6-piston calipers have different piston size from small to large and this change must be in the direction of rotation of the wheel when driving forward

@@user-dm1mm6ou1c This adapter will fit a 4-piston caliper but it needs to be modified for a 14" brake disk because it is designed for 390mm (15.35") and the thickness of the disk is also important.

Да, производилась проверка на прочность (изгибающее усилие, крутящий момент и ударную нагрузку) переходной пластины, в соответствии с нагрузками был выбран материал изготовления и толщины элементов. Этот вариант (на видео) переходной пластины имеет слишком большой запас прочности и соответственно лишний вес поэтому позже будет облегченный вариант.

If these calipers have a radial mount and the same parameters from the mount to the center of the caliper, adapter will definitely work for you

No, hellcat calipers can be installed on RT only with SRT knuckles, because hellcat calipers are side mount (end mount).
The adapter is designed to fit Brembo radial mount calipers without replacing the knuckles on RT, SXT, GT models

You will need Brembo GT calipers 6 or 8 piston calipers for 380-410mm/34mm brake disk (for today it is the newest model) or any available in your country Brembo calipers with radial mount for such disk, for example from Audi, Porsche, Mercedes or Bmw.

Right now, I'm not yet selling finished kits because I've only developed a mount for the front calipers for a Hellcat 390/34 brake disc.
Is there anyway I can purchase the front set? I did a whole rear conversion for knuckle and it fits good just this AWD RT is rough for the front.

These adapter plates are designed for RWD, I'm not sure if they will work for AWD because the knuckles and wheel hubs are different, so the 3d model needs to be adjusted to fit on AWD

If so, there will be difficulties with installing them, as the hellcat calipers are attached via side mounts that only fit the SRT knuckles. I'm not sure they will fit on your AWD. Can you take measurements of the knuckle and caliper so I can try to design an adapter plate?
