Hike & Cook in the Woods With My Dog - Beaver Bank, Nova Scotia

I needed to get out and clear the mind, to ultimately enjoy the fresh air. Shadow my Aussiedoodle and I headed out to do a roaming hike without a formal destination. We explored some new territory and it was a lot of fun. There was some easy walking, bushwhacking and trail walking. We ended up on lake and settled on the stream that flowed from it. I prepared a nice warming fire and reflective tarp to take the chill away. Using my Self Reliance alcohol stone I prepared a yummy grill cheese sandwich followed up with a hot cup of coffee with self gathered ground chaga in it. It was a very enjoyable time and was so relaxing with the tranquil stream flowing by. I know it’s a simple video but I hope you enjoyed it. Please like and subscribe. Gotta love that we still have such places to get out to and explore! Awesome too to see Shadow out roaming freely and living the best life. Break out the grub and put the tea on! A great way to spend a day.
