the lizards are blue tong skinks, they make decent pets if you are allergic to fur and have a personality very similar to a ferret in my experience.

Those lizards are called Skinks. They make great pets, slow moving although they can have a bit of a bite on them.
They have blue tongues and are gorgeous reptiles.
These are Albino/ Melanistic and normal Blue Tongue Lizards.

That first one reminds me of something stupid and funny my dad inadvertently did when I was about 11 years old.
He and my eldest brother were watching the John Wayne film Big Jake one summer evening and he paused it on a random scene of Wayne standing in front of a rock putting his belt on, about to call someone he sees walking towards him.
The way the image was paused on that scene combined with the awkwardly goofy squinting and smiling on Wayne's face made it look like he was relieving himself out in the open.
Sadly, nobody has the actual scene I'm talking about posted on this site without buying the whole movie, but if it helps, I drew a humorous cartoon fan-art depiction of that scene and put it in a few picture compilations.
