Like Henry I nearly drowned when I was a kid. There's a point where it didn't hurt any more. No pain at all. No fear. Very relaxed. Felt like everything was going to be okay, not a care in the world. Just the purest joy. Never felt it before that, haven't felt it since. Getting to that point of bliss, however, was a terrifying and extremely painful journey. A couple strangers nearby pulled my head above water. When they brought me back up to beach the pain and terror was back. I also puked my guts out. All in all I'd say that was a 3 out of 5 star day at the beach. I've had better.

However what I've seen is that they are usually fed in advance or have bait which they prefer over the humans. There's a woman who's become very famous because she swam with a MASSIVE white shark that was 20+ feet. The shark had just fed off a whale. Find the video/photos, it's incredible looking. She's called "Ocean Ramsey." Generally speaking even though Bulls, Tigers and White Sharks ARE dangerous and must be treated with respect, they tend to not fancy humans that much compared to their usual food items. Still, they are animals and they can be unpredictable. Usually, if they attack, they attack by "mistake" when the water is muddy; but there's been cases where they just do it even in shallow and clear water near the beach. You shouldn't be afraid though, the odds of attack are VERY low and some people even do night shark diving (which imo is kind of insane). Night/dawn time is particularly dangerous because that's when sharks like to feed.
However I believe White Tips ARE the ACTUAL most dangerous because those don't give AF, they'll eat almost anything. They are usually not found near beaches, they are more out in the ocean and they are known to kill people who are stranded, etc. There's a story of some guys who went to do repairs deep down in the ocean and initially saw the white tips swimming around but thought nothing of them. When they were making their assent one of the guys, the one at the bottom, got attacked. They tried rescuing him but it was too late and he told them to move on, his insides had been gutted out of him.

I was admitted into a really nice school but had to leave 8 months in after they realized they had messed up my grades meaning I'd be dropped anyways. I came back at the end of the year and people came running out of the classrooms to give me a hug.
I had been dealing with crippling depression and hallucinations and just wanted to get a few people to sign my year book but so many people came out crying, thinking I had ended my life. Years later I still talk with some of them and whenever I feel alone I remember that I just need to reach out and they always are there for me.

As a kid I almost drowned at a beach in a riptide plus unusually large waves that day. Felt peaceful as I was unable to reach the surface in time for a gasp of air before another wave tumbled me under again (even hitting my head on the sea floor pretty hard). Then a moment came to be able to push up from the floor and use a wave to body surf a bit to eventually get to the waters edge, I was so weak I couldn't stand or use my arms/legs for what felt like 3+ minutes. Ends up the lifegaurd passed me up to rescue 2 young girls that were pulled out even further than where the waves were cresting. Everyone got back safe thankfully. It's worth a couple minutes to learn how to recognize riptides and how to survive bieng in one.

15:08 about 6-7 years ago I had an intense case of food poisoning. Yaked in the toilet for 3 hours straight, even when there was nothing left in my stomach. Was so weak after that I couldn't even crawl. I did my best to make one phone call to my mom who had to drive back to town. While I waited on the bathroom floor, I just felt like I could let go of everything and if I died... I didn't mind dying for how quiet and numb I felt at that very moment.
About the same. Got food poisoning at the hospital blood pressure dropped to 60/40 and it was the most peaceful sleep ever until my aunt started screaming in my ear cause they thought I was dying. I woke up and said what is it and she was covered in tears, Nice to know someone cares about you. Didn't mean to scare her.

The shield coins in the uk are only specific coins. There are loads of different versions, especially for 50p and £2 coins. But yeah, those launched when I was a kid, and they make up a good chunk of uk currency (probably between 35 and 50% of each denomination is the shield ones). My dad's a coin collector and I used to work in a job that had all the cash checked each night, the only way I stayed sane counting someone else's money repeatedly was to essentially turn it into "help dad's coin collecting" and swapping out my own money for special coins to give my dad.

Tigers like many animals express themselves with their mouths, the gentle nibbling it was doing to the mans arm is the closest thing to thanks it can convey.
Had a friend who worked with "big cats". He was fond of saying, "Cats is cats." He said puma act pretty much precisely like housecats; leopards and cheetahs like housecats but skittish ones, lions like bullying housecats and tigers like very weird housecats. But they're all cats. The only major difference was that an accident while playing with a housecat won't disembowel you or send you to the ER.
Another thing to pay attention too is the "chuffing" sound the tiger was making. That is a sign of content and happiness. It's feeling comfortable and okay with your presence, if you do it back to them they respond even more to it or in situations where a big cat might not be sure of your intentions can calm them by making this sound and be somewhat less defensive towards you. This is the same with lions too btw when it comes to "chuffing" or making a certain sound they make when greeting each other. Basically it sounds like a really soft short roar mixed with the words "Aw/Auh/Ow" repeatedly, do this and they will basically act the same way here as long as they knew you, and are happy with your presence as you took care of them from birth, or have had physical hands on experience with them and feeding.

@@MrJest2 True, and the bigger the cat the more laid back it usually is, like how small dogs are a-holes and large dogs are usually gentle..but of course an accidental claw can rip an artery or a 400lb cat can crush you. A tiger that size laying on top of you is impossible to get off. It's like a waterbed. And they're practically fully grown at 3 years old, so all that power with the mind of a 3 year old. Lions are easier to own than tigers because they're so sociable from living in prides, but leopards have a ferocity like no other. Wild animals will act on instinct and if you ever slip and fall that might be enough to trigger a reaction and that big cat might grab you and that right there can end you. Heck you can trip behind a donkey and the donkey will end you with a head kick. Haha, there's so little room for mistakes with big animals. People will even sleep next to their tiger or cheetah but if that cat is startled it can slice you up. If feral cats were just 30lbs they'd be a serious problem for people. They wouldn't scare easily. Dogs wouldn't even mess with them. Still, they're all way safer than owning a chimp.

He was the first born (which means last developed, he needed to bake an additional week or so lol) and he wasn't breathing, the owners (old friends of mine) rubbed him and pumped his little heart till he started breathing. He's now 9 months old and a goofy happy boy. I have him and one of his brothers, they love each other so much. Every time i look at him i just melt, i always remember that.... he might not have been meant for this world but he's here... he's special. ♥ Fenrir. I just love hims so much :)

The freaky thing is that Henry was right about the almost drowning part. I almost drowned when my cousin clung onto me in the deep end of the pool. After fighting the initial air hunger part, there was an eerie sense of calm. People say that moments before you go, you think about your loved ones. That never happened. I only remember looking up at the surface of the pool and thinking about how beautiful the sunlight was as it bounced off the surface ripples.

Now, I've seen pups live, and I've seen 7 and 8 footers caught by fishermen hanging on the pier at Redondo, California. The markings on the ones I saw were darker than this one, suggesting that this shark was much older, and since it wasn't a 10 to 12 footer, it was probably male. And yeah! I was there with my dad when they opened one up. Amongst the normal fish and what liked like a seabird were two license plates and some pieces of a car tire. If it won't digest, they just regurgitate it later.
Chickens and some other avian species lock their head because they can not lock their eyes. Humans for example can lock our eyes, our eyes stabalise, which is why you can look at something turn your head and your eyes will maintain focus on that point of interest.
Chickens some other birds (usually with eyes on the side of their head) can't do this so their head stays in position whilst they move in order to keep a clear steady image of their environment, otherwise everything would be a blur. This is why they bob their heads when they walk, what they are actually doing is moving their head forward, locking it in place and then essentially moving the rest of their body to their head.
